The delivery was quick and the quality of the refurbished iPhone excellent. Hard to tell it wasn’t a new phone. I also resold my old Android and that process was very straight forward.
Back Market deliver what they offer. My second purchase through them.

Awful Back Market experience
I purchased a smartphone from Back Market on June 29.
The payment was processed and I was charged in full.
The delivery was initially scheduled for July 2. As of July 9, the package has still not been delivered. The carrier rescheduled the delivery to July 3, but nothing has happened since then.
There has been no delivery update since July 2. Back Market has no idea where the package is, and neither does the delivery company, Chronopost.
Contacting Back Market has been completely ineffective. You spend a long time waiting, only to be told that they do not know where the package is and cannot provide any information because it is supposedly “stuck in processing.”
This is a horrible experience. Stay away!

Non-compatible iPhone
I have bought one iPhone and MacBook through them successfully. However, with my last buy, the sold me an iPhone frome Mainland China, which is not eSim compatible. The phone was advertised to me as having dual Sim function and thats why I bought it. The quality checks were not in place, leaving me with a non-functioning phone. I’m in touch with customer service.

Disappointing Refund/Repair Process
I waited a week extra for my phone on top of that it was faulty and the refund/repair process is very disappointing as a client I had to follow up on multiple occasions to hear back and what was happening.
