This is an absolute scam. My product was in customs for several days, had to pay an extra 40 pounds to be able to receive it on top of the 22 pounds of delivery cost I already payed. I sent this to customer service. They were super rude and incomprehensible. The product is total crap. Don’t order here!

Bought a bottle of Hospira which is as rare as hen's teeth here in the UK. Arrived two days later, well packaged. Cannot fault and will be returning when I need more.

Have used them for years, always reliable, excellent products and the cheapest prices, i would not trust anyone else.

I read the negatives only after my order. I started to doubt it was going to turn up. But absolutely zero issues. My.order was delivered on time. So thanks. Phew!

This is a scammer. Please help report this website. I thought it was only my experience, but I never received my order from this webshop. They blocked me, so I am unable to send any emails to follow up on my order or request a refund.

I think it would be better if we could give a zero. This would more accurately reflect customer experience. This company respondes were hostile and unprofessional when I chased my order.
They just ignored my first email and were aggressive in response to my second email. Furthermore their website gives the impression they are a UK supplier. Calling themselves a name with UK in the title is misleading. They are not a UK supplier. The water is posted from Hong Kong. If they are running this operation they should be honest and show it is a Chinese supplier. They have zero customer service skills. I won’t be using again neither will my friends and family who are all regular customers.

Ordered 3 times from this company over the last couple of years and always got products the very next day. Thanks

No lotnumber on vials, so useless for medical practice. I ordered 50 vials, one was broken (vials were all together send in one box), all wet and labels damaged/useless. The solution from helpdesk: they will send me newe labels to relabel. No thank you.

I ordered and paid never received.
Absolute scam,the take the money very quickly and never responded to any emails after that.
Do not order from this site.

Absolutely worst business. They never sent me my product and did not refund me. They charge 28 euros and never even gave me my product. They are a scam. When I told them they didn't send my bac water they blocked my email.

I've ordered from this company a few times and never any issues. Fast shipping in discreet packaging and great prices.

I asked to cancel. He/she said refused in a arrogant way. Absoultely rude. The link didnt even say posted nor did I receive any email confirming the post being sent to me. He/she just doesn't want to provide a refund. Stay clear.

Comical. After mailing that my order hadn't arrived after nearly 10 days, no response so raised case through PayPal.

I then got the following email
"Every Royal Mail service can take any amount of time time if it is lost or delayed. I will refund your order through paypal, i would ask that you do not order from us again as complaining direct to paypal when we have a very clear all UK orders are guaranteed to arrive policy is completely unnecessary"
