A convoluted mess best describes the licensing and software activation for Dragon Professional. Instead of making download links attached to your user profile they insist on using temporary links- which of course expire. A long time is then spent with them - on the phone to sort the whole mess out. Nuance can and should do better.

Ordered a toy 2 months ago or 10 and a half weeks ago to be prescise... Asked a few times when it will be done and they cant give you an anwser, they spit garbage at you about there being 3-5 week wait time on average. Here it is double the wait time and my toy hasnt even been fu*king shipped yet. Wtaf? This will be the last toy i ever order from them, i bought a toy 2 years ago and within 4 DAYS it was made and i had a tracking number of it being shipped out. Here it is 10 fu*king weeks later and these morons had no problem taking my money but cant fu*king make a single toy??? Dont think it takes that long to make a toy people. BD is very quickly making a bad name for themselves with the terrible customer service and abismal wait times.
Would no longer recomend, will not order again, and if i dont recieve my toy soon there will be problems for them... Not a fan of having my money stolen and then being left in the dark about my purchase. Very poor exucution and poor professionalism by a brand that should be better then this.

Probably great toys, I would not know, sadly. I'll never know.

So, I'm as everyone else the horny person interested in some toys to have fun with, no wrong with that.
Have I heard great about the toys? Oh indeed I have.
Have I wanted to get some myself for a long time? You bet.
Did my friends tell me about the great customer service they deliver? They actually did!

So. I finally decided to place an order for two toys! *Excitement intensifies* 29th 2019, 11:02:02 am. Is when my order got placed. I payed for it, the money got yeet'd out of my bank account.

As a patient person. I tend to. Not bother too much when something takes a while. 1 month have passed, and I noticed that I never received the confirming of my order. So as any other would, I wrote in, asking what that was about.
It turned out my order have disappeared into the void. But they did find it again. Already there a bad start since they already took my money. ($400 +/-)
What normally should have been my 4-5 weeks wait time, turned out to be a mistake from their side. So as I got told, they found it. And it would take 4-5 weeks till my order would be ready for shipping. Alright, I accept that. 10 weeks, not too bad for something so good right?

Well. 4 weeks after this, still nothing, so of course, I write in asking "hey what's up" All in finest order. 1 of the 2 toys are done. And the other is still in queue, and that toy would take 4-5 weeks before it was ready.

This is where I get confused. Because I got told my order would be ready for shipping at those 4-5 weeks. Not 8-10. While they already made the mistake of taking the money, without making sure the rest being in order.
It's just way too much money out there for a service so bad. So I had enough, and asked for a refund. So they did. Every single cent. And really fast too! So of course, they deserve 1 star and not 0. Guess it just show how little they care for their customers in the end.

Will not publish any information on when to expect your item. This lack professionalism period. When you inquire you get a weak response with no specific answer to your question. When can I expect to receive my product. Answer typical is is in processing for manufacturing
After multiple tickets you get it us usually 3-5 weeks to get you item. Again no where do they ever tell you
Only way to contact them is via email. No phone number
They apparently manufacture these in a strip mall next to a pet store post office ice cream shops. No idea if their address in Phnx Arizona is correct
Mall I know I am at 8 weeks and counting on what are fairly expensive items and I cannot get a potential date my item will arrive

This is pathetic.
I am thinking of taking some capital and compete with them and supply a date up front before you buy a product.
Bad dragon will not ever tell you when then hell you will get your product no matter how many times or different ways you ask.
Total garbage pathetic company.

Reason for buying, expectations:

I have used bad dragon toys before that my partner bought on clearance himself, since they seemed like decent material and I liked how unique the molds were, I decided to order my own custom.

Details on my order:

I ordered a custom medium sized, medium firmness Apollo with suction cup, c*m tube, and two color fade on March 31, 2019 which cost me $160.00 initially, $172.46 after shipping.

Shipping and Status experience, disappointments:

BD Just now got in touch with me this morning, June 5th, 2019 and the colors are wrong. It should have been pastel pink and blue and it’s basically hot pink and neon blue. This may seem silly to some, but I as a customer paid extra for this customization and for it to be correct, and after waiting two months, it’s very disappointing. To Bad Dragon’s credit they emailed me realizing this was incorrect, and asked me if I still wanted it and if I didn’t want it redone they would refund me $25 for the error, or I could choose new colors and they’d recast it. Who knows how long it would take to get it recast, so I chose to take it as is and get the $25 back.

Overall opinions and alternatives:

Some people have noted how silly it is to be upset with the wait time and I agree to an extent, but BD does not adequately list an accurate wait time which (in my opinion) should be 1-3 months, based on mine and most people’s experiences, instead they list 4-5 weeks. Sorry, but keeping someone’s money tied up in something that long without giving them a reasonable expectation of it, alongside it not coming out as ordered, is not proper customer service.

While the toys are good quality and I most certainly will still use mine when I get it ( whenever it ships) I urge you all to look at the clearance options first to save time and money, or look into other fantasy dildos on Etsy which are often much cheaper, ship faster, and are made of the same sorts of body safe silicons and rubbers.

When you order from Bad Dragon, I can truthfully say that you will receive a high quality item made with body-safe materials.

However, I do want to rate my experience with their customization: specifically custom colors. It seems a bit nitpick-y, but when you’re shelling out $100+ for an item that can take months to arrive, it’s a huge disappointment when the color turns out wrong.

Out of three toys I ordered with pretty simple custom colors, two of them were incorrect. (For example, one was supposed to have a dark blue base, which turned out flat black instead.) With one of the colors, I even asked beforehand if it would be available on a specific model, only to be told after receiving it that apparently the model’s texture tends to mess up the color’s effect.

I specifically purchased from Bad Dragon after hearing about how incredible quality control is (if there’s even a tiny air bubble in the item, they’ll replace it!), so I was pretty bummed out to find that this doesn’t really extend to coloration.

After exchanging a few emails, they did offer me a $20 gift card for my next purchase, but it doesn’t really change the fact that the item I received wasn’t what I thought I was ordering. The overall quality is otherwise excellent and customer service was kind, but if color is a big deal to you, I’d recommend buying elsewhere.

EDIT: I previously mentioned how I thought people complaining about wait times were absurd, considering the timeframe of 4-5 weeks mentioned on their website. Well, it looks like this now another misleading facet of their service. It looks like it's now normal for customers to receive items after 10+ weeks. Bad Dragon, this is unacceptable.

Only negative quality anyone can pick is out the wait time? I think that's when you know it's a good product lol. BD 4 life.

If the wait time is your concern, buy from clearance, they ship right away. But then your customization is not an option. The firmness, size, colors, extra options like suction cup or ejaculation tube, I mean come on. Its 100% as you want it. It's worth the wait. It's also clearly listed that it takes 4-8 weeks, sometimes longer. So if you dont read the about section, its really your own fault if your upset with the wait time. It's in black and white.

The silicone is soft and not sticky or smelly. The variety of textures really is unlike any other company I've come into contact with, and I work for a well known brick and mortar establishment that sells adult toys for a good 5 years. I am well versed in my job aside from my personal interests.
I have zero complaints, other then WISHING customs came faster. But being an educated adult, I'm not going to throw a tantrum knowing why it does take a while!

Yah, people who praise this company for making you wait a quarter of a year for a sex toy are insane. If you're so incompetent that you keep a customer you took money from in the dark for 9 weeks, and you can't handle the work flow, communicate with your customers. I wish I could like this company, I really do...but an imbecile is in charge.

I’ve been ordering from Bad Dragon since 2013 and have always been happy with their toys! I did place an order about three weeks ago and it’s already here!!! (This is number 20 lol) Their toys are the best and I’d recommend them to everyone!

8 weeks! I've waited 8 weeks so far and my item is still listed as "processing order". Nothing fancy about my order. Repeated requests for an update are only answered with a form email with the same BS explanation and then a follow-up email informing me that my request had been "solved". It most certainly has not been solved. Absolutely no chance I'll ever do business with Bad Dragon ever again.

After waiting 9 weeks I canceled my order and am now waiting to see if they refund my payment. All they have responded with was: " the average wait time is 4-5 weeks and your order is being processed". What a mistake.

I have ordered a few things form this company. I have found that checking the list of clearance sales or items with minor imperfections is the best way to get a decent product for less than full price. These things are expensive, as they should be, as they are a quality product. As for the people complaining, all I can say is I have never had a problem with Bad Dragon, and I would recommend them as a five star company.

A++. Amazing products, unmatched quality, incredible selection and customizable options, wonderful costumer service to. Custom orders can take a while to make though, anywhere from 4 weeks to two months+ because of how many orders they get. It’s worth the wait though.

I bought a toy from this company on February 21st 2019 it is is April 12th 2019 it has been 8 weeks since I placed an order for a $220 toy it says it is still processing they say the average wait time is 4 to 5 weeks getting really mad at waiting

The reviews mainly complain about the processing time for Bad Dragons Custom toys.
What people fail to realize that these people make hundreds of toys a week, that take 12-72 hours to process and mould your toy (and they have to do the other couple hundred toys as well.) In a matter of fact, this company is amazing and quick at what they do.
I would personally recommend for people to buy their "ready-made discount toys" if they are too close minded to wait for their amazingly textured and pleasureful toys.
I got a medium Fenrir and small Bumble Hooves and they both make me climax in a matter of minutes if used properly. I hope to buy new ones in the future :)

Kind a got worried when I read some of the reviews gave them my debit card it took a while the toy came and I couldn’t be happier the spritz is an awesome toy I got the biggest one made and I absolutely love it!!! Well worth the wait. My only problem with bad dragon it’s figuring out which one I’m going to order next!

I would say they are a scam at the best! I purchased a toy for my wife, waited the five week period, and my order status hadn't changed. I submitted a ticket which was ignored. I sent another ticket inquiring as to the first ticket and to the order status a week after this. I continued this process for three more weeks. I still have heard nothing from them. I have requested either a full refund or demanded they ship my product. Two and a half months is far too long to be kept in the dark on a $140.00 order! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

if I could leave a negative star I would. I placed an order on 2-14 & never received an order conformation although they took my money. I have spent 2 weeks back and forth via email for the company to claim they didn't get my order. I had to have PayPal get my money back. worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!

Not sure why people are bagging on this company so hard. From my experience I've never had a problem. From placing custom orders, to customers service, Bad Dragon has nerve let me down. I know it's not much to say that my experience has been awesome, however I want to bring up some things.

Bad Dragon is a ONE store company in Phoenix AZ. They are hiring new people trying to expand, but please take note that they are still growing as a small business.
I also feel that people that complain about their orders not being shipped in a sooner amount of time need to understand that they are getting custom made products. These products are not made by machines they are made by hand and with care.
Another thing that I think people need to consider that if holidays are coming up soon in the process of you making an order you might have to be a little more patient and getting your order. Christmas and Valentine's Day anyone? I don't work for Bad Dragon but I would have to bet all my money that those are the holidays that they have a hard time keeping up on orders.

Sorry for the long review but I really wanted to bring up some points that some individuals that more or less don't factor in when choosing Bad Dragon.
