I bought a badassebox4 for a 250wh panasonic motor. The chip works, but is poorly assembled. If the battery is inserted, the box cannot be closed properly. When it rains, water comes in.
What they don't mention on their website, by the way, is that the speed you can reach depends on the gear ratio you have mounted on the bike.Not just by physical strength.
In my case: with original gear ratio(42/23) on Kettler comfort ebike 28 inch wheels with Shimano Nexus7 the speed increase was 3km/h. and I had to pedal fast like crazy.

I need changed gear ratio 54/11 €40 components purchased on Amazon and I did the work myself because with the intervention of the mechanic it would have cost a lot more, to be able to reach a constant speed of around 34km/h.
3 stars because customer support works. They respond within a day. they would have accepted the return, but I would have lost the cost of the taxes.
