I was a bit skeptical to order there since many people wrote that the delivery took long… But it was the only place I found the futon I wanted. So I decided to order. I did that on a Thursday evening and got the futon on Monday morning! I even made some mistakes in the address and they fixed it! Very good and friendly service! :) I thought it was exceptionally good and I will definitely order there again.
If you like customer service then this is not the place to shop.
I bought a tabletop, and sadly i ordered the wrong thing as i read the price including the table... my mistake which i wrote to them 2nd of March. They kindly "accepted" my mistake and said they will take back the tabletop, now 2 months later, several mails back and forth i still have the tabletop. First they claimed they didn't have the dimensions, which they have because they were stated in the order acknowledgement, then the weight latest it was the area code for delivery of the returnlabel was wrong. I gave them the same area code as when i placed the order….
I could pay the return expense myself but i dont trust Bäddsoffexperten will return my money even though they get the tabletop.
