Overall a very good experience.
Answers to both my order (even though it was placed during a weekend!) and my emails were immediate. I even changed the order and it was processed with no problems. There was some lack of communication internally, though, since I was contacted by different members of their staff, in parallel. Delivery was done when promised and the product was perfect, as expected (only complaint is that they left the toilet seat in the ground floor after ringing the bell!...didn't even wait for me to go down, nor brought it up to my door (and the building has an elevator).

We are very happy with the quality of the products we bought. We had no problems in replacing some items that were sent to us by mistake in place of those that we ordered.
