Poor Quality, Communication and Shipping Times

I hate writing a review like this for an independent store like this but unfortunately I have to, because from ordering to now everything has been extremely poor. Firstly I had to email 3 or 4 times regarding my order before a reply, this was over a period of time - and I'd given them plenty of time to reply and been polite and apologetic for continuing to chase (they were polite too).

The order wasn't despatched in the timeframe it states online, and took forever to get here - meaning it wasn't here in time for the holiday I was going on, which is why I ordered them.

One of the hoodies faded it's black completely and shrunk in size in one, cool wash.

The T Shirt I purchase again shrunk, and also the black print on it seemed to run or smudge - it is no longer a crisp white T shirt but more of a murky grey.

I'm really disappointed by this, as they weren't what you'd consider cheap.

I love the designs and the idea behind the company, but won't be using them again due to poor quality and shipping times.

“Ignore the haters”

Bought from bad Monday and looked at the confirmation for order timescale which said 3-5 working days.

After this passed and looking at trustpilot I became worried and contacted them due to some scathing reviews. They responded on insta comment (an hour or two) and to my email (3 working days). They explained the timescales were longer which they were (around 10-15) and this was on website etc.

After review it was 10wkd on website and they said they were going to amend the order confirmation email timescale to match so hopefully they do.

Quality wise I’m really surprised, very good quality. I’m yet to wash them as just arrived but I don’t think anything will peel or fade, the clothes are great quality and I’m really pleased overall.

I got the mystery t shirt bundle and a discount but savings aside the fit, material, design are all well worth it.

As the title says, ignore the haters, I think these are mainly due to the delivery timescales but if you can order and be patient (in my case 2 1/2 weeks) then you’ll be pleased especially if you catch them on any form of sale or mystery bag.

If you’re in doubt, take this review as a measured one. Can’t mark this as 4.5/5 but that’s technically my review. It would have been 5/5 if the confirmation email didn’t trip me up and cause a slight panic.

Will definitely order again in future.

Awful service

I understand that they may be a small business, and with their stranger things tees, they were overwhelmed. I can imagine the amount of people ordering these tees was insane! It’s unfortunate because they are super cool designs, but my order took 3 months to receive with nothing but an automated response when I emailed inquiring about my order. I then requested a refund, which in turn, I immediately got a shipping notification. WEEKS late. But hey, at least it was shipped? Except when I received it, it was the wrong shirt. I honestly never write bad reviews but better communication with the shipping delays and sending the right freakin shirt would’ve saved them this 1 star review. I will not be buying again.

Still waiting for Xmas Gifts!

Ordered on the 3rd Dec, received an email stating they have fallen behind and the order won't be here for Xmas. Its now 12th February and im still waiting for my order! I have emailed 3 times and now have asked for my money back but heard absolutely nothing from them!

Great Customer Service in Spite of a Busy Time!

I know there were some issues with the shipping over Black Friday last year, but I received my order in a reasonable amount of time despite their massive influx of orders.

Even with their huge backlog, which I'm sure is keeping the team very busy, when I experienced a minor issue with one of my items they offered to send me another one - no questions asked.

I've followed this company for years and have bought a few pieces in my time. My experience has always been high quality items, and high quality customer service in the instances where mistakes do happen.

Overall, I couldn't recommend Bad Monday more! Just bare in mind they're a small company and not a massive corporation with endless resources.

Ordered December

Ordered December, was informed items would not arrive until after Xmas, fair enough they were busy however I had still not received or had any contact in January, their website stated orders could be cancelled via email, despite numerous emails I sent I never received a reply, requested a refund via my bank, then out of nowhere they sent the items, very poor customer service definitely would not recommend or use again.

Literal disgusting how they suddenly…

Literal disgusting how they suddenly sort it out when you dispute it with your bank, suddenly not too busy to sort it out then. Never will order again and it’s such a shame. Tried to cancel like 2 weeks ago and now it’s suddenly coming.

I really wanted to support this brand…

I really wanted to support this brand but the lack of communication has been so disappointing and honestly unacceptable. I ordered a month ago and since then have only received an automated email response in reply to me emailing for clarity on shipping time.

The automated email offered a refund if I requested it, which I’ve emailed to ask for and haven’t had a response yet 2 weeks later.

I’d have been happy to wait but the nonexistent communication and customer service has completely deterred me.

EDIT - I got a response and a refund by disputing with PayPal.

Complete scam! Avoid!

I ordered in early December, still nothing from them. Ive sent multiple emails and messages via social media - all ignored.
I raised a dispute via my bank and thankfully got my money back, I suggest if you've ordered from them, you do the same

6 weeks to get my order

After placing my order 6 weeks ago, it finally arrived this week. However, during that time I have emailed the company twice to cancel my order as I have placed an order elsewhere. I had no correspondence and the order arrived so now I have to pay for it to be sent back! Awful company, don’t use.

awful customer service

I placed an order on 15th December and it’s only just arrived, 5 weeks later! No communication from the company on the were abouts of the order or when it would be arriving, no reply to emails sent. Over priced and poorly organised.

Be patient

Yeah, they indeed have big delays at the moment, but my order was delivered after 5 weeks. Received an answer on all my emails and they explained the situation
Hopefully they get the supply chain issues solved because the designs and shirts are great!

Do not order from them scam

I ordered some clothes for my son's Xmas present on the 12th of December it's now January 15th haven't heard a thing I spent over £140 on them I will never order from this company again no communication absolutely disgusting!!!!
