Since I live in Sweden I was at first hesitant and unsure if I should buy from this store. They however had two luggage bags that I’ve wanted for almost two years so I gave it a go. They do have good reviews and are socially present so I was pretty confident. I’m so happy that I bought from them. Even though the package crossed borders the bags looks pristine. The shipping was very fast too. I’m more than satisfied and will definitely purchase from them again if they have stuff I can’t find in my country. Thank you!

I made 3 purchases with Bagalier:
- The first purchase: Everything was fine. Fast delivery, and the bag is in good condition.
- The second purchase: Every ALMOST fine. Fast delivery, but there was a stain on the bag that I couldn't clean out. I've seen that some clients also get damaged or defective bags from them (not sure if it was because of a discount or a problem with the shipping package). However, I bought it at a 50% discount, and the stain was on the back of the bag, so it was acceptable for me.
- But the third purchase: Terrible experience. I ordered it before a long holiday in August and intended to use it during my holiday. But the item never arrived. About 10-12 days before Ferragosto, I tried to contact BRT (the company in charge of the shipping) via e-mail and phone. No response from them. Then I contacted Customer Service of Bagalier, and they responded within an hour that they would figure out the problem and let me know ASAP. But then they did not... until it was my long holiday. After I returned from holiday, I contacted the Customer Service of Bagalier again. Finally, they replied to me that the item was lost!!! I had no idea whether their problem was from BRT or their warehouse management. And the item I ordered happened to run out of stock. So they refunded me and gave me a 30% of discount for the next purchase (I never used it and never purchased anything from them after this bad experience)

In conclusions:
Bagalier is reliable. Fast Refund. They offer brand-name bags with great discounts. Fast Customer Service (only fast for the first time or not, I'm still in doubt). However, they still have rooms to improve. When people buy luxury items, they also expect them to be in good condition and with good shipping service. BRT Shipping and Logistics Services has a very bad reputation. Many people have a more or less bad experience the same as I had. Using bad shipping services will damage their reputation and cause them to lose customers.

I had order on 23/09/21 on 27/09/21 I asked for tracking of the package,that I just know my order has been cancelled after 4 days without any Email to informed me, what if I didn't ask how can I know the updated of my order? I wasted 4 days!!!
