Great communication and items as always excellent quality

Fantastic help and advice when I phoned for some guidance about measuring for the bracelet, really happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more.

I have previously bought an identity bracelet from Bailey of Sheffield a few years ago which was of exceptional quality and style. I needed another one to celebrate the successful graduation of my Grandson following a six year Veterinary Medicine course at Cambridge University. Easy decision and contacted Adele and Geoff in Sheffield. Adele was in contact several times to suggest a design for the wording and to also add a mortar board silhouette to the bead. A nice finishing touch . Order was quickly completed and sent by courier.
Annoyingly the driver delivered it to a different address some 2 miles away despite being clearly labelled to me.
Thank goodness they added a photo of the recipient and a Google map of the location. Package retrieved safely.

Communication was a bit poor at times but 5* for the bracelet!

The price is on the high side. The quality is really good though. The delivery is next day but it takes a bit of time for them to make the bespoke product. However, it is still a cool product to own.
