Me and my dad travelled from London to pick up a car and were picked up from the station by Thomas, which made getting there very easy. Car was cleaned and in great condition! Everyone has been loving the new Toyota so much. Darren and Thomas were very friendly and welcoming throughout. Would definitely recommend them again and go again ourselves!
We bought my son’s first car, a Ford Ka at Baldock car sales last month. Darren and Thomas were really great throughout. We had a couple of issues with the car (clutch issue and aircon condenser) that Darren put right quickly and without any issue. All round, a very good local car dealer, well worth a visit!

I had such a great experience with Baldock Car Sales. Thomas was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived — there was absolutely no pressure at all.
I went to view the car on my own, which felt a bit nerve-wracking at first, but Thomas put me completely at ease. He let me take my time looking around and I was able to go for a test drive without any hassle.
They also put a fresh 12-month MOT on the car, cleared any advisories, and gave it a full valet before collection.
I’m so happy with the service and I absolutely love my new car! I would highly recommend, especially for women going on their own.

I am absolutely so pleased with my nissan juke from baldock cars. Darren n Tom were incredible. There was nothing too much for them. There was a small issue with the centre console but Darren had it seen too. It came today all gleaming n great. Such a brilliant car n customer Services.
