I have had nothing but frustration with the Baleaf Company and getting their attention for returning 2 pair of shorts.

I would never order anything from this company again.

It looks like I will be stuck with shorts that do not fit, and no money returned. Baleaf appears to be a company that does not values it's customer base.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to save someone else from the frustration and disappointment of this company's carelessness toward the consumer.

I originally ordered two pair of their Flyleaf UPF+50 High Rise Pants in size medium. They were a little snug so I wanted to return them for a large. I tried three times to get a return address off their site with no luck. So I went to the post office and paid $10.75 to return them to the address on the original package. I did finally receive through messenger a note from their support service that I had sent them to the wrong address. I wrote back and stated how I had tried to get a return address with no luck. I had told them I just wanted my money back. I was told the best they could do was give me 50% off when I ordered again. I was very upset as I was going to be out $83.46. I figured this was another on line scam. Much to my surprise about 10 days later $83.46 showed up in my bank account. Needless to say they did the right thing. So I reordered the two pair of pants on a Sunday and I was so surprised to receive them three days later. I tried them on and they are a perfect fit. So I went on line and ordered two more pair. They are very nice quality and I will say I was very pleased with their customer support.

The quality of the shorts and the style and fit are Amazing. True to proper sizing. I would highly recommend. I have bought other Baleaf clothing in the past and always happy with them.

I love to exercise and am always happy to find new places to buy exercise wear. I ordered 3 pairs of capris from Baleaf.

I love the quality. It is comparable to places like LLBean, but at a much lower price.

There was a problem with the sizing, but Baleaf made it right. It was very easy to contact their customer service and they responded promptly. They even called me to discuss the issue. The person who called me resolved the issue right away.

I was told my item was on backorder, before they eventually canceled my order. It happens, so no problem there. The problem was, they would not refund my money or even allow me to use the money on another product. Most emails went unanswered. I finally received a response promising me a refund. It didn't happen. I emailed again, and they assured me they had refunded my PayPal. They hadn't, but by then I had sufficient proof for PayPal that I had been scammed, and PayPal returned my money yesterday. It took over five months to resolve the issue.

Fast shipping, quality product. True to size. Great variety of products.

I ordered one pair of long pants and 2 capris all in M. Same pant, different lengths. The long pant fits perfect the capris were too tight, 2" smaller in width than the pants. Baleaf does not exchange. you have to request a return! After a return email I was told to send back at my expense, $18. plus $10. restocking charge. The return address they sent me was to Amazon! If I had ordered from Amazon in the first place they would have been $5. cheaper and no cost for a return. Grrrrrrrr!

I love Baleaf Sports for their outstanding shorts. As a plus size girl, it is hard to find comfortable workout shorts. Hugh array of colors to chose from. I need pockets and they have them. Wash well. Fast delivery. Definitely will purchase more.

I purchased 4 pairs of shorts. Two bicycle shorts and two Bermuda shorts for a larger size woman no drawstrings tons of pockets only two colors a pair of bicycle shorts and a pair of Bermuda shorts and one color a pair of bicycle shorts and a pair of Bermuda shorts and another color. I can wear two pair of shorts layered and have several pockets. I can keep my cell phone and wallet and my inner pair of shorts and have a T-shirt or sweatshirt, depending on the weather and go out and about and not
Binding like in some spots where like spanks. I’m very comfortable and fashionable. As a woman over 50 sometimes I have to have images taken and I do not have to undressed because there’s nothing metal or there are no strings in my clothing. At least I’m in my shorts. I can still wear any undergarments under all of that.
I am looking forward to getting some longer garments to go all the way down to my ankle and being able to go to the gym or go shopping and look cute. I was never concerned about looking cute before, but I can wear those later in the season in lieu of jeans They have many colors so I can begin to look cute as a woman over 50. I highly recommend these products. I ordered direct from Bayleaf.
The driver when I looked at my cameras was not the Postal Service but employers of the other services that happened to provide service in my neighborhood and that’s fine. People have to work, but I highly recommend Bailey products. I look forward to purchasing from them again it’s high-quality especially if you’re a big person they’re plenty of people who sell too smaller people who are active.

Easy to order, came in timely matter, exactly what I expected. Great for travel.

I had been watching the Baleaf site for a couple of years for the same shorts I had purchased and loved. I never saw them again. I tried a couple of other shorts from Baleaf and other vendors but I didn’t like them as much. I finally put in a question about those shorts. I was told they were no longer stocked. I was sad. Within 24 hours I had a message that they weee available on Amazon. I was thrilled. I ordered another 2 pair.

You better hope your items fit because return service is terrible. I’ve been working for three days on returning my items. I emailed and found a number to call. I was told they would email me a label. Instead I got an email saying my return was under review and I should hear from them in 1-3 days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They have essentially refused to respond to my emails regarding multiple items missing from my order when delivered. I had ordered 3 pairs of Laureate shorts & had received 2 only. After messaging Baleaf multiple times for a replacement or a refund, there's been no response. When working your way through the many fake reviews and/or doing some internet research, you will see that this company will not respond to MANY customers request for either help with an order or with returns. So essentially, if your order is incorrect, or does not fit properly, or not to your liking, seems like Baleaf just keeps your money...Buyer beware & stay far away from this company! Also, quality of the clothing is not that great at all. Can find elsewhere at same price point or for less.
