I placed an order more than a month ago with no delivery or delivery updates.
Ordered 10/2 - notified it was shipped on the 12/2 - no delivery and no updates since then even after emailing customer service.

This company is a dropshipping scam from China. If you ever do get a reply from their customer service, you'll be met with passion e aggressive denial. Stay well away, you have been warned.

Don't buy from this company.
I’ve had a terrible experience with their customer service when they sent me the wrong product. Been waiting months for a refund they promised but never sent. The sizing is off and the quality doesn't match the price. Look for an alternative; this brand is not worth the hassle.

If I could rate 0 I would.
First I get my 2 sets of shorts many weeks after ordering and the fabric is super thin & nothing like described on the site. So I request a refund and met with a “no can do” but a credit is ok.
Credit shared doesn’t work, have to follow up. Finally I get the credit to work and think I’ll order leggings, can’t go wrong right? Umm no, I order non scrunch and the order confirms they are scrunch. I contact baller babe support to address this and they assure me the non scrunch will be sent.
What do you think I received?

So then , over 2 months ago now I advise them of the error and I’m met with crickets this time.
I follow up, and nothing.
I wasn’t going to post this review but after going to their website and seeing their claims on their “customer service”I’m sorry but no. What a joke.
I should have got my money back from the very first order I wanted to return but instead I had to try to pick something else she waste all this time and frustration,
I won’t buy from them again and I hope they go broke.

I ordered a single bar bad 2 months ago, kept emailing about an eta, only just got back to me a month later!! POOR SERVICE DO BETTER!!!!!

Do not buy from this Company as you will mostly not received your order. They are terrible at communicating. Just a very bad experience. I’ve asked for a refund but going by other reviews I probably won’t get that as well. Do Not Buy From This Company!

Do not buy anything from here. very poor quality and worse customer service. I have been going back and forth after returning item to get a refund.

Very hard to get in contact with the people at this company. Once I did finally manage to get through, they said it was coming from overseas. I said, “oh so you are drop shipping?” to which the guy replied “no we don’t do that”. However it is drop-shipped and all the way from China (by the look of the label) - I could have bought it cheaper myself because I found that this product is cheaper direct from the supplier. Wouldn’t buy from this company again due to lack of communication and the fact that the product is just being drop-shipped with a higher price. I finally received the product and I will give it a chance. I would have appreciated the communication and I think that their customer service really needs to be worked on!!

Never ever purchase from Baller Babe YLICHE, ANAIS STEPHANIE. She is a scammer. Her products are drop shipped she doesn’t reply to emails regarding returns. I have had to get fair trading involved and she still has not refunded my funds for returned items. The quality of material and manufacturing is the worst I have ever seen and I can not express enough about her rude attitude and non existent customer service skills. She is a disappointment to women in business Items are over priced and worth nothing. Website states easy return process and not only have I not had an apology for the experience I have not had my money returned. Stay far far away

SCAM COMPANY - ordered in Feb, order did not turn up for over a month, was in contact numerous times with the company with little help and zero care factor. Returned items as soon as they arrived - straight out of China - it is now end May and they have not picked items up from their return PO Box & refuse to refund me. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable retailer!!

I purchased a body suit from Baller Babe in late March and they have ignored three requests for a return. The item was poorly made and claimed to be a size 8 but was more like a size 16. Upon further research, I have discovered that this company drop ships from China then ghosts customers when they need to return at item. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This company is a scam, didn't send my parcel until after I chased them a week later but still charged me for express shipping. Item is cheap quality and doesn't fit properly, they don't respond to emails, DM's, Phonecalls or Comments. I had to lodge an afterpay dispute and after 3 weeks of attempts I was offered a credit. Finally got onto them by phone and they were rude and dismissive. Basically called me a liar saying there is nothing wrong with their product and it's not their fault my body type is wrong. I'm a size 6-8? Buyer beware!
