I ordered a dress from this site two…

 I ordered a dress from this site two months ago and paid for it. When I emailed their support, no response was found but after several emails regarding the parcel delay, they finally responded and stated that the cause of the delay was due to a slight congestion during shipping. When I asked for a refund, they simply deleted their contact and support email as well (rose@emaketbuy). In addition, they are using a fake shipping company so as not to show any suspicious about their fraudulent actions. WATCH OUT.
