Ordered a few Belkin surge protectors. Fast dispatch and delivery. One turned out faulty which I've never seen before in all my time purchasing Belkin surge protectors, but Ballicom resolved this asap. Nice to actually be able to speak to competent people over the phone to resolve an issue. Excellent stuff.

Placed an order on a weekend and received immediate order confirmation and delivery information. In all, from order to receipt of item was 3 days—that is exceptional.

First of all, the company had the item I wanted (27-inch LG monitor) in stock at a good price. Ordering through the company's web site was straightforward, the shipping cost was reasonable, and I received regular email updates about the status of my order and when I could expect it to be delivered. Delivery itself was exceptionally fast - order placed on Monday, delivery mid-morning on Tuesday. Full marks!

Delivered several days earlier than expected and by a highly reputable courier service (with tracking). Packaged well with a surplus of bubble wrap. Good price for a not so common item.

Would have been 5* but I did not receive an 'item dispatched email' or 'tracking email' confirmation as promised at the time of placing the order. Simple admin or system oversight maybe? - no big deal .....

From search engine to delivered, very easy process, selected 7 day delivery (arrived in 2), item was cheapest I could find on internet, delivered by DPD 😃, well packaged. Would definitely use again.

My first experience with Ballicom was great—sharp pricing and fast delivery. The second was poor; I ordered express shipping, but they couldn't fulfill it on time. While their customer service was excellent and they refunded my postage, getting an accurate delivery date was impossible. They tried calling to explain, but left no voicemail, text, or email, missing the chance to resolve the issue sooner.

Delivered on time and the monitor is great. Good service.
