Price was good
Price was good, shipping was quick.
My only comment on the shipping was that when trying to rearrange the delivery, the email address associated to the delivery was Ballicom's. It meant that I could not access the delivery options as the verification email would have been sent to Ballicom.

The price was alot cheeper than anywhere else, I thought they would canel the order and refund stating price error, however it was shipped free next day. even though I selected free 7 day delivery.

Excellent service. Good Web site, easy ordering process and the drive arrived within a couple of days. Only negative feedback is that no emails or SMS sent out when product dispatched or tracking info so the item is just delivered withoutany warning.

I telephoned with an obscure enquiry…
I telephoned with an obscure enquiry regarding a printer LAN card. The enquiry was dealt with by Erin in a very helpful and efficient manner. Two days later, I had the LAN card in my hand. Many significant printer suppliers claimed that this card was difficult to obtain and so they were shown as out of stock. Ballincom could supply three of these cards.
This was a very pleasant surprise and very impressive service given that Ballincom do not usually stock this particular company's printers. Another surprise bonus was the price. The card was one third of the price quoted by every significant printer supply company which I had approached for the part.
Ballincom are a very professional company that puts customer service at the heart of their services. Highly recommended.
