I hired a boom lift for a week to…

I hired a boom lift for a week to remove a chimney from my house. They didn't collect it for another 2 weeks and then charged me a recharge fee claiming I returned it 81% charged when it was returned full. They also charged me to hire the charger and extension lead that I was told would be thrown in with my week's hire. Left with a bad impression after initially having a good experience.

After emailing them, I did get a call back with an offer of a refund for all additional charges. Fair play to them for making it right in the end.
