Been trying to contact the company for weeks with no response. Poor customer service, had my money and now don’t want to know.

Our morning with Aerosaurus was just incredible! As soon as we got home we wanted to go straight back again the next day... even with our 4am start as we live hours away!
The team at Aerosaurus were some of the loveliest people we'd met in a long time - we laughed from the moment they picked us up from the farm shop car park until they dropped us back.
There was a massive emphasis on the whole group playing a part in getting the balloon inflated and the hilarious team effort to roll it back up again where I had a ball rolling about on the floor 🤣
Let's not forget the stunning ride over the Dorset countryside and our celebratory glass of fizz to cap it all off. Our pilot was experienced, knowledgeable and delivered a perfectly smooth landing. I'm scared of heights so did get a little nervous just before entering the basket but once up in the air it was the most peaceful and beautiful moment, there wasn't a shred of fear inside me instead I was begging to stay up there! Thank you Aerosaurus... it was the absolute best way to start the day!

The crew was laid back and very confident in what they were doing, the group was big enough to have a friendly conversation. We were asked to actually help with the balloon which I found unique and interesting. The weather was great, we had spectacular views and the landing was perfectly done, followed by prosecco on the house! the meeting point was at a lovely country farm coffee shop/restaurant so we had a lovely brunch when we got back. What a memorable 50th birthday present! Amazing!

My wife bought me this ride for my birthday in July this year , it was the most amazing experience , the staff are so friendly and helpful , we had to help inflate / deflate the balloon ( optional) and that was fun too . The pilot was jovial and chatty . Made the experience much more fun . It was on my bucket list , I’ve done it but would definitely do it again . Brilliant.

I would recommend it but recommend booking for the morning flights they are more likely to go.

A fantastic experience seeing Cornwall from the air! We loved all of it from helping inflate the enormous balloon to packing it away at the end. A great day out.

Once in a lifetime experience, totally breathtaking. It was well organised by the staff and I felt completely at ease the whole time. I wouldn’t hesitate if I got another opportunity for a balloon ride with Aerosaurus

Well my overwhelming memory of the trip was the availability which because of the nature of hot air ballooning is in itself very tricky.

My advice is if you cannot reconcile this do not book!

However, now the good bit.....

When we did eventually get all the required green lights, what a day it was, its a singular experience that is quite hard to put into words.

Just amazing!

It felt odd to be floating over the Somerset farms in silence, a touch of a moment on landing which added to the thrill of the day, and then the fun of backing it all up.

It really deserves a 5 however that warning to the those who book and just expect it to happen is there for a reason!

I bought a voucher for my Dads 70th birthday last year and my Mum accompanied him in his balloon flight. They were absolutely blown away by the experience. From start to finish, they found the whole experience fascinating!! So much so, I have gifted them vouchers again for my mums 70th this year to do it all over again!!

One of the most magical experiences of my life! A surprise birthday gift for my 21st birthday and on the morning of my 22nd went up in a hot air balloon! highly recommend doing this as I will do it again. Unforgettable experience, The Pilot and everyone were so lovely! Thank you

Me and my husband absolutely loved our experience of a hot air balloon ride, we would 100% do it again.
The weather was absolutely amazing, we was super lucky with a really clear sunny morning. The organisers were spot on with all thier planning making it all a very enjoyable experience.

Pilot Pete was absolutely fantastic with his information, we even learnt that pigs can't look up.

My one and only criticism would be the lack of availability closer to us (Launceston we had to go from Exeter) but this couldn't be help due to the pandemic and everyone trying to book.

This was an awesome hot air balloon experience that was magical, memorable and made my day! I'd love to do it again and again. From start to finish, it was super-exciting and I couldn't stop smiling (it was like being at a wedding when you're face hurts from smiling so much, lol). The safety briefings were very good, the hot air balloon flight was smooth and very enjoyable with a perfect landing. The views over the Somerset Levels were stunning, as you'd expect, and the post-flight champagne was a delicious treat and rounded off the experience brilliantly. I was quite emotional! The 4 cancelled flights, prior to the one that actually happened, were disappointing but it had to be that way for the sake of everyone's safety. I feel confident the company makes the right decisions for safety reasons. Highly recommended!

The balloon flight was amazing - very calm and peaceful with wonderful views. It was very well organised and the safety briefing and measures were clear and reassuring. The only downside was it took months of rearranged flights to actually go up as flights kept being cancelled because of the weather.

Amazing sunrise balloon flight with these guys. Very friendly team and a breathtaking experience all round - strongly recommended!

We got lucky, squeezed in on the last day of our holiday after only one cancellation. It was perfect weather and we'd a great flight with an engaging and chatty pilot.

Very well organised flight. Attention to safety very good. Charming pilot, excellent views, enjoyed the whole experience of seeing the balloon unfold and then packing away. Great!

Well my daughter and dad went to wincanton this morning, all we can say is wow I even enjoyed the experience from the ground,the crew members are fantastic and very knowledgeable very friendly the whole experience was fantastic and mind blowing loved it

It wasn't just about the balloon flight, which was wonderful. It was the whole experience of getting the balloon ready, holding on to it while it was inflated, clambering into the basket, floating serenely through the air, landing safely, helping to fold the balloon up afterwards and wrestling it back into its bag. We were rewarded afterwards by a much appreciated glass of champagne.
The two ground crew and the pilot were very professional and friendly.

Absolutely brilliant evening, longest day ,weather was lovely and clear,would recommend it , was well worth the wait,champagne at the end to finish off the evening ,thankyou to all concerned
