Totally unprofessional and DO NOT buy…

Totally unprofessional and DO NOT buy from them.
I ordered printed balloons for my business. When I received them, they smelt toxic like petroleum. I informed them that I have been using balloons for years from another company and they had never smelt like this before and I requested a refund as they were not fit to hand out to children for my industry. I returned them for their assessment and they deemed them safe from an unbiased 3rd party ( see email below ) and tested by "MacDonalds"as safe and not toxic. They also advised they have scientific evidence that the balloons are NOT TOXIC. LOL They said they were not going to offer a refund but willing to provide a shipping refund and return of goods.

I requested a tracking on the return which I didn't receive, I requested their alleged "Scientific Evidence" which they did not provide and I have not received a shipping refund and no further communication by the company in over a week. I have received the returned goods which I will go to consumer affairs with now to pursue.

Further more, I believe the owner called me when I complained initially. I advised that they were not fit to hand out children and I advised the money wasn't the issue cause I needed them. He replied, "so you think you ahve this money that you can float around with" It was something to this effect....TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Below is their email

Our balloons and inks have been stringently tested by Mcdonalds so that we can supply them for the last 10 years.

So we do have scientific evidence that both the balloons and inks are NON TOXIC.

You have taken the balloons to your previous supplier to get their opinion, clearly they would want you to buy from them
so have a vested interest in telling you they are toxic.

We have re checked them and an unbiased 3rd party has confirmed they just smell like rubber.

As these our custom products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If they were as you say toxic, then we would happily refund you,
but as we have test results to show they are not, the best we can do is send the balloons back to you and repay you for your shipping costs.

Thank you

Kind regards,
Alan
