Xmas tree sale
I ordered a Xmas tree in the sale, quite a substantial reduction even though the trees are still expensive. I haven’t used yet as I have bought it for next Xmas. It was delivered promptly and very good packaging.
Looking forward to using this tree as we have always bought a real tree but decided to have a change for Xmas 2026. Balsam Hill was recommended by my son and daughter in law

A Genuine Artificial Tree that looks Great
We visited some friends over the Festive Period who had a 7ft Artificial Balsam Hill Tree. It looked Authentic & it was Pre Lit. We decided to purchase a similar Tree & looked online & there was some Bargains to be had.

Flip tree on wheels
I decided to go to Balsalm Hill for an artificial tree to put up in Dec 26
I got the product delivered and when I opened it to make sure it was ok and I could put it up ok, I was delighted at how easy to flip the main body of the tree and then all I had to do was insert the top part
It looks very real
The packaging the tree comes in is so nice
I bought the flip tree on wheels and it wheels very easily, I can actually do it with one finger
I can’t wait to put it up

Realistic, beautiful tree.
Beautiful, lifelike tree with lovely lights. It arrived in perfect condition and included a storage bag and a pair of gloves to help with putting it together and positioning the branches. As it was in the sale, a really good price and we can't wait to use it next Christmas.

Wow, fantastic, so realistic. You won't be disappointed.
The delivery was super fast, much faster than expected. We didn't open the box until the lead up to Christmas. You see the grand unboxing on reels, we were so excited. It was the best experience ever. The gloves, the way it went together, and the look of the tree when finished without decorations is outstanding. Far exceeding our expectations and much better than the website. I have looked at them over the years and decided to go for it and purchase one this year. Best thing ever, if you are thinking about it do it, you won't be disappointed.

Disappointed
Ordered tree for daughter, which arrived swiftly. However, tree did not meet our expectations as one side did not have as many lights and there were a few broken branches. I already own a different balsam hill tree which appears to be superior quality than the new one. I contacted Customer Services who just sent ‘how to assemble/fluff tree’ response and totally ignored my complaint about quality etc.
