No way is this a realistic Christmas tree, luckily I was able to send it back and got a full refund less an admin fee. For the price they charge it was awful.

We ordered my 5th tree 🌲 as we had moved and I needed one a little shorter and slimmer for the space.
Delivery and time frame was good and I bought in the July sale.
The reason it’s a three star ⭐ is the packaging wasn’t great, some branches had been caught and bent back in the cardboard box side. Not as much care as previous orders, no bubble wrap. This resulted in two ends of a branch’s falling off.
It needed a lot of fluffing compared to previous trees and end branches had clearly been squeezed in.
I love the realistic look of these trees hence my husband and I have bought 5 as well as wreaths and garlands.
Hopefully we were a little unlucky, they are delicate trees and need to be packaged with love.
People always say our trees look amazing and I always tell them where I buy them from so fingers crossed high standards in packaging are monitored.

Fantastic tree bit heavy but that shows the quality very happy with my purchase should last for long time arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. Happy customer. I bet my trees up earlier this year usually wait until 2nd week in December for to put up Dec's etc but oh my it will be up 1st December this year. Can't wait to decorate it.

It was going to be a difficult Christmas for us all and we weren’t going to celebrate at all but then I saw “Furgus” and he brightened up the mood with no effort at all. It was all the decoration we needed to make the house seem brighter on very dark days. Can’t wait to get him back out the bag! 🎄
