Sent me the wrong goods

Sent me the wrong goods, ordered a coat got a sweater. Sent me a large fragile package from Dalesford full of glass which was open. About 1mm of tape trying to hold it closed !!! Whoever is doing your fulfilment is letting this brand down badly. I am a big fan of Bamford but this is not what you stand for or the service you want to provide

I adore anything Bamford

I adore anything Bamford, but it was the 1st time I ordered anything online recently. Unfortunately my candle arrived broken, but after a phone call, another one was dispatched quickly after a photo was sent. The staff at Bamford were very helpful and friendly.
