Disappointing
We ordered a few weeks ago, order sent via DPD who don’t even deliver to our address, was asked to repay for shipping despite it not being our fault that they had used a shipping company that don’t deliver here. They got the delivery fee from us again so we could get our items but in the process have lost our future business, such a shame as the items were good quality.
