Unfair permanent ban in OPTC – no emulator rule in the Terms, but streamers still play freely
I was permanently banned from ONE PIECE Treasure Cruise for using an Android emulator — something that is not clearly stated as prohibited in the Terms of Service or inside the app.
Before using it, I searched the rules and found no mention of emulator use being a violation. I only used it once, just for convenience. No cheats, no automation, nothing unfair.
At the same time, I see many well-known YouTubers and Twitch streamers playing on PC with emulators without any consequences. This shows selective enforcement, where regular players get punished and public figures are ignored.
I tried to explain my situation respectfully to the support team, but they ignored my appeal and closed the case without allowing any real defense.
This kind of punishment without clarity or consistency is unfair to loyal players. I hope Bandai Namco reconsiders how they handle suspensions and treats the entire community equally — not based on visibility.
