Was sent the obviously wrong band. Their email support agreed and promised to send the correct band. 1.5 months go by. No band. Reach out again and they gas light me saying I was wrong the whole time. The band was nothing like the picture and was not even the same style links. Heavily heavily recommend avoiding them. They're a drop shipper from China and do not care whatsoever.
Poor quality Whoop band replacement that broke within the first week. Company is offering a replacement or credit. Refusing to give a refund unless I mail it back to Hong Kong at my expense. It was a gift and now I’m embarrassed and disappointed.
Great customer service. Band was better than expected.
Avoid purchasing from this company. I’m usually quite diligent about online shopping. The amount of scam companies that exist is crazy, but I was in a hurry due to the holiday season and didn’t do the amount of research I should have. Nowhere on their “100 day return policy,” does it reference how “very expensive” it will be to ship the strap back if you don’t like it. Instead, I was given the option for a partial refund of 20%. Sounds sketchy. I’m reaching out to my credit card company to find out my options.
When I received my band and applied it to my Garmin watch, the magnetic strap held okay, but when I flexed my wrist, it would slip and loosen the tightness. Additionally, the pins that hold the strap into the Garmin watch kept breaking off, and I'd have to find the pin, replace it, and put it back in. This would happen just as easily as me moving my wrist up and down.
I've asked for a return, but they've asked me to return it internationally to the United States from the United Kingdom and won't give me a refund until this is completed, I am sending the product back.
