I am sharing my experience with Banesco USA in its capacity as the mortgagee on my property in Miami, FL.

There was an issue involving the timely payment/processing of my homeowners insurance. Despite the importance of maintaining continuous insurance coverage on a mortgaged property, the payment was not handled within the required timeframe, which created unnecessary stress and concern regarding my insurance coverage.

I contacted Banesco USA to address the matter and expected a timely resolution and clear communication. My concern is not simply that an administrative issue occurred, but how the situation was handled and the potential consequences for the homeowner when insurance payments are not processed on time, which can lead to policy lapses.

I am posting this review so that other Banesco USA mortgage customers understand the importance of closely monitoring their insurance payments, confirming that payments have actually been made, and keeping documentation of all communications with Bamesco.

I hope Banesco USA will take responsibility for improving its process and communication so that other mortgage customers do not experience the same issue.

Overall, I would not recommend in financial relationship with Banesco.

Those guys in the Risk and Control department don't take their work seriously.

Over the past three weeks, I’ve spoken with three agents from the Risk and Control department, and none of them were able to assist me.

We scheduled a video conference on Google Meet at three different times, but they never showed up or sent a message letting us know they couldn’t make it. I was expecting more professionalism from Banesco Panama.
