useless

I been with this call Hospital for about 2 years paying 135 monthly for my two dogs, When I take them for they vaccines or wellness routine they always make me paying more.
I have called 3 time today 11/14/22 to see if I could bring my dog in because he ate chicken bones and its having a very bad diarrhea and no one ever call me back. I finally called one more time and they told me to look for a local vet because they didn't have anything open and they were very busy. So WTH I'm I paying for something that its not going to help my dogs when there is an emergency. my heart is broken to see my dog so sick and dealing with this useless people does not help me at all.
