Banfield - terrible service

I am so happy that I am seeing these reviews.. The Willowbrook location kept me on hold for 40 mins.. I called 3 times and asked to not be Kept on hold the first time, after nearly 20 mins. But they kept saying thy were busy. They tried to sell me on their "wellness packages" but if they are so understaffed to not even be able to handle a simple call to schedule an appointment.. how are they going to handle my dogs care.. now.. after reading he reviews and how poorly they are rated I see why. They are a joke as one customer stated., I agree.. Do not take you pet here..
