Don’t even think of buying a car from here!
It’s not about the Volvo cars or sales, it’s about Bangarage service and their responses.
In summary, I tried to get a simple repair appointment for a cracked window which took me to call them 5 times, visit the shop 2 times and all the visits/calls ended up “All good, we’re going to call you today!”. Btw I also tried to make an online appointment from Bangarage website which looks like no one is aware of, was never confirmed.
So more than 1,5 months passed like this with completely cracked window, still waiting for a phone call or confirmation email about scheduling a window repair.
The worst part is, I even have bought their “Bangarage Excellence Service Package” while buying the car which supposed to be a very expensive optional service pack. Don’t even think about buying it as well.
So, just save your time, money, psychology and don’t buy a car from Bangarage. I will try other Volvo dealers to repair my car, and if this is it that I can expect from Volvo, it’s time for a change.
Selling cars is not important when you’re not providing proper services and support to your customers.
