Again i sit in phuket internationale airport and wait for my airplane from bangkok airways, and again it is delay. 4 out of 5 times there plain is delayed........this is absolutely last time I book fly from bangkok airways.

A Very Good Local Airline
Bangkok Air does a really good job. Their flight schedules and the equipment promised are very reliable. The food is no hell, and neither are the economy seats, but that is pretty much par for the course, and most of their flights are very short, so it isn't a big deal. Counter staff are awesome, the baggage allowance is great, and I have been looked after well even when there was a problem that was my fault and not theirs. I missed a flight by a whole day in Bangkok because of leaving Europe a day late. Even though I was a "no show" for the day before and entitled to nothing, they simply put me on the next available flight.

Flight from Phnom Penh to Bangkok was great. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food was very good and service outstanding.
Definitely recommended.
