This latest order was dropped, and is getting to us late. We were pushed to a critical level due to this
I love placing orders with Barcodes, Inc. Website is easy to navigate. They update me on my orders and if there is an issue then I get a call from my rep Josh.
Because I am impatient I did not wait long enough to receive an order acknowledgement as with most on-line orders it is almost instantaneous. So I placed another order, and like the first order I did not immediately receive an order acknowledgement.
What I did receive was an email from a representative asking if I intended to enter two identical orders. As it turns out, we need all that I ordered anyway so I was fine with double the quantity.
I was amazed that a real person actually monitored the on-line orders.
Unfortunately the two orders were separated by FedEx although they shipped same day same time. One order arrived a day later, but still no big deal.
All-in-all, very satisfied.
My business opens in 3 weeks. Not only did I find the exact printer I needed but Dana was of so much help and put my mind at ease. The price was just right too.
I can’t wait to get my printer. My labels came today.

My ID badge printer failed the morning before I needed to use it to print out all our new student ID cards (our building is card-keyed, so we really need them). I figured out the problem, but needed a part. Barcodes, Inc. had the part in stock, and advertised that they could overnight it to arrive at 10:30am the next morning. I paid the expensive $75 for shipping, and placed the order 90 minutes before the cut-off time. I even called and asked if I had made they cut-off, and the person I spoke with said yes, definitely.
10:30am rolls around, no package. Noon, no package. Meanwhile I have 50 badges to print before classes start the following morning (today). I call, and our account manager is on the other line, but if I leave a message, he'll get back to me. Leave a message = nothing. Package arrives at 9:40 this morning, nearly 24 hours after advertised. Still no contact from Barcodes, Inc. I will call them after I get the badges printed, and will definitely be asking for a refund of my overnight shipping fee.
One of my orders still hasn't been processed. I was told that they would be shipped yesterday. Order #: SO213429096
Customer service was very competent and polite. They weren't able to get me what I originally asked for, but actually found me a alternative that saved me money. Would definitely shop with them again.
