never got my office 2021 home & student key never buy from here.

In May 2025 I purchased two Microsoft Office packages from the online company Bargainclicks-uk, for which "licence keys" were issued. However, I have since found that these keys are virtually impossible to install and activate. After days of attempting the first of these, and finally seeming to succeed, Microsoft warned that the key had been used too many times, and that activation would not permitted. By ignoring this warning, simply to see what would happen, I was somehow able to access the Word part of the Office package - but not in the not in the way that you would expect nor, I might add, in a way that felt legal. I also noticed a warning that the programme (Word 2021) would be removed from my device in 30 days from activation. Nothing about this purchase was appearing to be genuine.

As regards the second Microsoft Office purchase I made, I was issued with the key for a different version from the one I had specifically ordered. I made Bargainclicks-uk aware of their mistake by email. I was finally informed several days later, having had to resend messages repeating my concerns, that they couldn't offer me the version I'd ordered, as they were having problems with supply. They tried, however, to persuade me that the alternative they had sold me was a better and normally more expensive version. I replied that I nevertheless wanted a refund. After another lengthy wait for the company's response, I was told that the refund would be in my bank in 3 - 5 business days. Two weeks have passed and there is no sign of it. Getting a response from the company is virtually impossible. The money I paid for both purchases, it would seem, is my loss and the company's gain. I have spent days and hours trying to solve the issues and can't afford to waste any more time on it. Although I have no experience of buying any other types of products from Bargainclicks-uk, I would not recommend this company for the purchase of "bargain" Microsoft Office packages.

Okay, what do you expect when only paying a smaller price… I get that but I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 and the codes they sent DO NOT work. I emailed to advise, they replied with a generic answer that DID NOT solve the issue so sadly IT DOESN’T work! I emailed again and now receiving NO response! Save your money and buy properly…
