I ordered a green garden tip sheet on 20.4.2026
I had a message on 4. 5.2026 from Katie and on 6.5.2026 I received a blue tarpaulin with metal eyelets and no explanation as to why the change of product

Waited months for what was ment to arrive in a week

Then when it arrived was a visually different product and much lower quality then the item I had purchased and waited for

I ordered a garden swinging chair from Bargainworlduk through Amazon (Order ID: 403-8712562-4856368). Item was advertised as in stock, but after delivery date passed and I contacted the seller they repeatedly gave excuses about “customs delays” and issues with carriers (for over a month).

Weeks passed with no delivery, only vague reassurances and no clear date.

This matches a pattern I’ve since seen in other reviews: they advertise items they don’t hold in stock and tie up your money. Other reviewers mention fake tracking numbers.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this seller

I ordered a £150 item through this company that also trades as 'Click superstore'.
I received a message from 'Sven' stating that there was a problem with the shipment which would incur a 3 week delay. At this time I was happy to wait. Over a month passed and the item had still not arrived and I had received no further communication from yourselves.
I sent a further chaser message only to be told by 'Sven' that although the product had arrived int he UK it had been held up by customs but would be delivered shortly. Still no item was delivered I received no further communication from them about the item despite me sending further messages.

On researching the company further, I have identified that other customers have experienced the same issues and had the same excuses from them. Furthermore, the contact numbers that that they advertise for sales support do not connect and emails are never answered.

To put it mildly, I am very dissatisfied by their service and they have not refunded myself.
Annoyingly they continue to advertise the same product on eBay with 2 - 3 day delivery.
This company acts unscrupulously and will not refund your money.
Please do not fall foul of them

A supplier who does not comply with Amazon's terms and conditions. A supplier who talks you down and uses the money paid by the customer for 2 weeks, while the product is not delivered. Intentionally provides the wrong trackig number.

When I saw that the tracking number was wrong, I tried to contact them. I wrote to them twice through Amazon, once directly on their website. Simply ignored the messages. I contacted Amazon and wrote a 100% true feedback. At that moment they also became active and began to pray for me to remove the feedback. They even offered a "mutual agreement" - to return 50% of the value of the product to me to remove this feedback. I told them clearly that the money doesn't matter, what matters is that they respect the customers, give me the tracking number and deliver the product! The delivery date was May 21-28.
Of course, he didn't give me the correct tracking number, which raised a big question mark.

For me it was an execrable experience, the product was a gift.. I lost TIME, my money was kept with them for 2 weeks, I got on my nerves and was cheated and tricked by these individuals. Amazon must take measures so that such companies can no longer make trouble on their platform. Customers buy for Amazon fame!

Totally misleading description was not what I expected,poor responses,this firm is a joke never again will I buy from them, total scammers

Bought a cooling gel mattress on Amazon from this company. Used for 1 week and it BURST! The gel leaked all over my mattress. Messaged them for replacement/refund and was told the 28 day time period had elapsed and I was eligible for neither!
Blatantly unlawful. The Consumer Rights Act clearly states I have 6 months to return FAULTY goods which are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. This item was not only useless but caused irreparable damage to my property. AWFUL COMPANY, ABHORRENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY from them.

Do not buy anything from them!! I bought 2 large wheel covers and after initially sending very quick they were wrong size and so seller agreed to replace and arranged collection. Old ones collected but new ones never came!! Good communication until the deadline for ebay claims etc and then BANG !! no communication, phones not answered, messages and emails ignored. DO NOT TRUST THEM... family business no chance more a con!

I ordered through amazon, and was sent the wrong item. Well firstly the delivery took longer than expected for that wrong item. Then was promised the correct item without having to send the incorrect item back. 5 weeks later, still not recieved the correct item. The customer service messenger, Sven, appears very helpful and sympathetic but behind all the words, wishes and promises, nothing has come of it. They blame royal mail and claim they are trying everything but in the end you dont get what you paid for. I did get a refund through Amazon (without wanting one at first, seeminly randomly, out the blue - perhaps seller issued it or it timed out). So I do have my money but not the bargain I wanted or the time I lost trying to sort it out.

Five days waiting for delivery via Amazon and Hermes, they blame Hermes and vice Versa.

Won’t be using again that’s for sure!!

Excellent service brought some carbon brushes for my hedge trimmer arrived fast fitted perfectly now up and running.
For you who don’t know if your drill, hedge trimmer etc stops working for no reason and it is does not say on the side brushless motor it could be as simple as replacing these carbon brushes . Cheap and a simple job look it up on iTunes
save money safe the environment repair rather than dispose.

Excellent seller , highly recommend and much appreciated.

I ordered an Extra Large Pet Kennel/Shelter which I have received, in double-quick time, and I could not be more pleased with it. It was extremely easy to put together and is very sturdy - just what I (and my dog!) wanted. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I bought an item from Ebay which had supply problems.All problems were resolved amicably and to my satisfaction. Communication was excellent and the quality was as required. I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier to anybody.

Bought an exhaust trim piece on this occasion, which from the description sounded as if it should fit. Double check with the supplier left doubts. However, with some adaptions I got it to fit, and I was offered a part refund for the trouble.

Please avoid! I've worked in retail for years and I've never treated my customer the way I'm being treated. Numerous false promises, lies about collections after selling a faulty product that is unsafe to use.

Bought a gliding chair via eBay, there was a problem with the packaging which resulted in a small amount of damage. Seller responded very quickly and the problem was resolved extremely quickly. Overall I am very satisfied.
