A great service from Barker and StoneHouse as always. Excellent quality furniture, lovely sales people and friendly and efficient delivery drivers. Ray and Shaun rang in advance to confirm they were on their way and delivered the sideboard exactly to where we were putting it.

Received a call to advise Thomas and Stefan were on their way. They arrived on time and were polite. The new bad took longer to carry up the stairs than to construct. Excellent service. I will purchase from Barker and Stonehouse again.

Sean and Jason from the Blaydon branch did a fab job manoeuvring our new sofa into our house (including up some precarious back steps!) and assembling the parts. They were lovely and friendly and done so quickly!

Excellent delivery service today from Jason & Des from Blaydon. They phoned before arrival and arrived exactly on time. No issues carrying the mattress into the house and setting on the bed frame. They even kindly covered up the old mattress for us. Highly recommended.

The delivery service of the sofas and dining chairs was brilliant. I had bought a recliner sofa which I needed maneuvering through a tricky area and Shaun and Jason G were absolutely fantastic. They took out the head cushion and put it back in perfectly. Very professional and quick. Tidied up the packaging and kept the sofa exactly where we wanted it. Overall, did a job which I initially thought was not even going to be possible, until they came in. The experience in the showroom was also great. Thanks a lot.

After visiting the Hove store and finding the sofa we really wanted, Katie and the team went above and beyond to help us locate one in stock at the right price. Communication throughout was excellent, and we were delighted to have the sofa delivered only around ten days later.

The delivery team were excellent too — friendly, helpful, the 2hr delivery slot system and phone call before arrival was really appreciated. The whole process has worked really smoothly.

We can’t thank Katie enough for all the effort she put in to make sure we got the perfect sofa for our living room. We’re absolutely delighted with it.
