Beste, Het bedrijf Barrelsauna.nu B.V. is recent (mei 2024) failliet verklaard. In november 2023 nam ons bedrijf een deel van de activa en passiva over, waaronder de productiefaciliteit, het webdomein www.barrelsauna.nu en een lijst met lopende bestellingen waarmee ons bedrijf een leververplichting is aangegaan. Overeenkomsten welke reeds aan het adres van Barrelsauna.nu B.V. waren geannuleerd zijn niet overgenomen. Helaas bleek ook de lijst met lopende bestellingen niet compleet en hiervan is de leververplichting niet over kunnen gaan. Ons bedrijf heeft helaas geen verplichting noch capaciteit om huidige gedupeerden schadeloos te stellen. Wij betreuren deze situatie en hebben begrip voor de frustratie van gedupeerden. Het webdomein www.barrelsauna.nu zal voorlopig blijven bestaan, daar het in beheer is van ons bedrijf en niet langer van de inmiddels failliete Barrelsauna.nu BV. Exactly same experience as Lena : 3500 EUR paid in September 2022, nothing received from Barrelsauna, despite the numerous reminders, and permanent answers that the sauna would be delivered in the coming weeks (in my case, it was 2 weeks).
Indeed, this have nothing to do with Happy Timber, nevertheless, I confirm Lena's review as my experience fits at 100% with hers.
Bought a Sauna in Spring 2022. Despite numerous contacts with the company Never received it. Learned that the company was sold and the old owner has run off with my money, and the new company HappyTimbers will take no accountability for the company that they bought.
3/21/24 Update: Below, they claim my order was canceled when, in fact, it was not. I paid over 7.5K euros for a sauna and hot tub and only received the hot tub. I spoke with you on the phone and sent you proof of correspondence, so do not lie and say I canceled my order when you know I did not. I hope you realize that the sauna was for a retreat center for people with cancer. Buyer beware.

Mevrouw Suhaila, U scheldt ons uit voor frauduleuze dieven. Mag ik u dan betitelen als iemand die willens en wetens onwaarheden verkondigt? Want wat u zegt is feitelijk onjuist. Happy Timber heeft slechts delen van Barrelsauna.nu BV overgenomen waaronder een aantal verplichtingen tot leveringen, u heeft uw bestelling bij het oude bedrijf geannuleerd en had dus nooit door ons kunnen worden overgenomen. U gebruikt wel heel gemakkelijk zeer pijnlijke scheldwoorden en beschadigt onze naam volledig onterecht. Wij zouden u ook kunnen betitelen met minne scheldwoorden maar daartoe gaan wijzelf ons in ieder geval niet verlagen.
I have been waiting for a sauna since MAY 2022- over a year. This company isn't truthful or straightforward. I would order elsewhere. Every time I contact them, there are promises of one more month.... It has been 15 months now.
