Great Service

I have to give Barretts a five star rating going on my experience. I couldn’t fault their service from picking my Jaguar XE up to keeping me well informed to what was happening and to delivering it back to me. Great Service Barretts thank you.

Faultless experience

I could not fault the experience. Had c with Barrett’s Ashford. Tim was very understanding of my situation and made sure that the Countryman was the right car for me. He was knowledgeable about the whole range ands explained everything clearly. Myself and my friends will be back to use Tim again. Thank you Tim!!

Once again we experienced excellent…

Once again we experienced excellent service from Barrett’s Honda in Canterbury. Part exchanging our Jazz was done professionally and with ease. We always feel very confident with the excellent sales service provided. Flynn the salesman who dealt with our purchase was professional in all aspects of the process. This is not our first time purchasing a car through Barrett’s, which goes to show how happy we are with all aspects of the Barrett’s business.

Great service from the moment I arrived…

Great service from the moment I arrived until I left the staff were very helpful. Even managing to sort out some technical issues between my phone and the I drive system which for two years I hadn’t managed to get sorted. I highly recommend Barrats BMW and will now use them in future over my nearer BMW retailer.
