Lovely agent
Lovely agent, helped is with all the things we needed etc. Katie was so pleasant it was a joy to have her help us with all aspects of our booking. Diane was also very helpful with our currency.

We wanted a last minute break
We wanted a last minute break. We got several options all of which were acceptable and we booked all in the space of 30 minutes.

I dealt with Nikki at the Halifax…
I dealt with Nikki at the Halifax Branch. She was recommended to me by a mutual friend. I much prefer to deal direct with a travel agent and all I can say is the experience was 100%. Nikki sourced a cruise and weeks hotel stay for 10 of us. Quite a difficult thing to do myself but her expertise shone through and made the whole booking process a dream. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back for all our future holidays. Keep our travel agencies open, nothing beats a one to one experience 18
