I'm not sure that I want too many people to see this as clearly it is already quite well known, but it would be morally wrong not to make some comment! We don't often go to Ryde, but after a serving of Eggs Benedict and coffee and the Wife's poached eggs we might change that! A wonderful spot, self built with simple straight forward taste that hides a short menu of all home made and home cooked food. A real sense of family involvement and an apparent genuine desire to provide a high standard of good old fashioned food supported by friendly and helpful service. I cannot fault my simple meal and even something as basic as a coffee was a pleasure to drink - as for the doggy bag of home made summer fruit roulade! Words fail. All I ask is that you do not go there as I would hate to be turned away because they're full!
