The order for a band was placed on a…

The order for a band was placed on a Friday in November. It is currently 14 days after the order and there is no correspondence regarding where the band is in the process. The company stated that in 3-7 business days there would be an update, however there has been no communication.
I would not place an order with Barton.

Better places to do business with than Barton's!

Placed an order for three watch bands / straps. Ten days later, not a peep from Barton's. I sent them a message, via their online assistance app, inquiring the status of my order. 18 hours later, I received an email claiming "someone should have contacted me much earlier." I was told that the reason for the delayed shipping was one watch band I ordered wasn't in stock and they don't know when they will get more. Funny, I had a friend immediately place an order for the exact watch band and his order was processed. I asked for a refund on the watch band not in stock. Five days later, still no word on the other two straps. Opened a case with PayPal (another "pain in the . . . .") and was told Barton's has over a month to respond. Almost 24 hours later, and true to form, Barton's didn't respond to the PayPal case file. I eventually received a refund from Barton's.

Deleted Account with no notice

I went to purchase from Barton, having had ok experiences the past times a few years ago only to find they had deleted my account completely. No warning, no notice, just gone. Don't do business with companies that can't bother to have common courtesy to inform users if their accounts will be deleted after a certain period of time of inactivity. Will not ever be purchasing from this company again, far too many better and higher quality options out there.

OMG I have never experienced more awful…

OMG I have never experienced more awful customer service in my life. The first few times I called and texted I had a question about the band I wanted and never got a response so I ordered the wrong size band and reordered a new one. I returned the one I didn't want and when I received the package wth the new watchband there was no watchband in it! I texted and called them at least 7 times and NO RESPONSE!!!! Finally yesterday someone called and I'm not sure what happened but I kept saying hello, hello, and they hung up very quickly. They didn't leave a msg. and didn't try to call back. I am furious so that's why I'm writing this review. I am still texting and calling them and hope they see this review and get in touch with me.

Barton's response to delay in order…

Barton's response to delay in order processing was excellent. I have ordered about 4 times. Have come to accept their process prior to shipping. The quality of their products is worth it. They have responded professionally to any complaint I have had and owned the problem. Starting another order this week.

No Customer care, order never processed.

Even if they were not, they behave like scammers.
More than 1 months and I still don't know anything about my order.
Keep far away from them.

Update: I asked for a refund (since the order was never processed in almost 2 months) and they returned all my money very quickly. Only positive note in this story.

Absolutely vacant of any service…

Absolutely vacant of any service culture. Ordered and items weren't despatched. I chased up after a week and said they'd be going out soon. Chased again a week later and was told they had been closed for a week and would be sending out all orders within a week. Chased a week later said items going out soon. After a month of chasing I cancelled my order. Complete waste of time.

paid for my straps over a month, nothing happens

paid for my straps for over a month, and no update. Email customer service asking for update, got no replies. Got frustrated and asked for refund, no replies. I am disappointed in their customer service and logistics arrangement, and will not go with Barton again regardless of how good they think their product is. No customers deserved to be treated like this.

Beware they are scammers

Beware they are scammers: the first purchase is gone (very slow shipping). With the second, the order placed (of which I have the number, and which was paid for) is non-existent in their tracking system. They do not respond to emails. And the 'Contact Us' page is useless: when you press 'Send' nothing happens.
Trustpilot claims that it will send this review to info@... but this e-mail address no longer exists.

1 month for an incomplete delivery

1 month for an incomplete delivery. Customer service is non existent. They ignore any emails sent. Don't bother ordering from this company.

"We're sorry this demanded more of your patience than expected" This is an unappreciated comment. It seeks to shifts the blame to me the customer for my "lack" of patience.

Let me break down my previous review. It was 1 month on no contact from Barton since the day the item was estimated to have arrived. Multiple attempts at contact were made. Finally, a response and my shipment is on its way. Only to arrive missing a strap. Guess what? No response from customer service again. Repeated emails asking for a follow up on the item, letting them know I would accept a substitution should that particular item be out of stock, or just a straight up refund. Another month of talking to the void goes by. Only when I mentioned if I did not hear soon I would do a charge back through my credit card company did I get a response. A refund, that was under a dollar short of what I had originally paid for the strap. But I was glad to be done with it all.

For those wondering what I thought of the straps I actually received, they were underwhelming. I would likely not return to purchase even if the service was flawless.

"please send us a message at customerserviceXbartonwatchbands.com so we can resolve it." This response is 7 months later. Which shows how long the service can take. And all it offers is to direct me back to the unanswered inbox of Barton Watchbands.

To anyone reading. Don't waste you time.

Perfect Bands, good Service

The bands are very nice quality and i‘m fully satisfied. After problems with UPS i got very fast response and friendly help by their customer support (Tina 👍). Shipping to Germany was about one month but everything went well.

Nonexistant customer service

Nonexistant customer service. Ordered a strap and paid extra for expedited 4 day delivery. 11 days later the strap still has not been delivered. Sent plenty of emails no response. Called the customer service number, no response just an automated answer for a reply within one week. After multiple attempts, emails, customer support requests eventually got through to someone who could not have been bothered. Whatever you do, DONT ORDER From their website, use amazon if you have to for the amazon protection.
Had a similar experience one year ago when I tried to contact them with some queries and whilst their website touts multiple methods to contact/receive support, none were ever answered even a year later.
This reaffirms that this level of nonexistent customer service is consistent and standard and the brand is least concerned with improvement.

Edit: the fact that it took their customer service only 8 months to reply as below 👇 is evidence enough of what to expect however I suppose any reply at all is better than previous experience so perhaps there’s hope yet. Shame though as the straps themselves are pretty decent.

Replacement Watch Band leads to Spammed Inbox

I ordered a replacement watch band. It wasn't clear what currency the site was in so I ended up paying a lot more than I intended for the watch band, I thought it was an Australian micro site because of the link I took to get to it. I was charged in USD so it ended up being quite expensive. As soon as I completed the order the spam emails started, sooooo many of them. It is really annoying and they don't make it clear on the subscriber options to only receive order updates, so if I unsubscribe will I still get notifications on my order? How can I share how great my life is now with a Barton watch band if I don't even have the product yet? Honestly you'd think they were curing cancer or something the way they bang on about how great your life is going to be if you had one of their products. Still waiting on the watch band for three weeks now, better be perfect when it gets here.

Incomplete orders and ghosting customers

Ordered 2 straps from them, only received one in the shipment. Could not contact them in any form, tried all of the usual channels, email, web form, phone, text... nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
