I made a mistake in ordering a watch strap. I recognized the mistake a few hours after ordering and emailed customer service. They immediately refunded my money, cancelled my order which allowed me to reorder the watch strap correctly. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Great products, but the best customer service I have ever experienced. A strap failed 11 months into the 12 month guarantee. I spoke with an associate on a saturday and a replacement was shipped on monday, no fuss no problem! Also, the company does good community service work in the Texas town where it is located. Great people, great products. Five Star all the way!

Don’t order these from Barton . It’s been 2 weeks and they still have not arrived . They use UPS who are terrible. Their customer support is a BOT . Am pretty sure I will get a tax bill when they arrive too based on below. Let’s see.

I love my Barton Bands!
I have ordered from Barton 3 or 4 times now, and have had a positive experience each time. The bands are well priced, well made and arrive quickly. Last order I got, I wasn't in love with one of them after putting it on my watch and I reached out to them for an exchange and they swapped it out so quick without me having to do anything but mail back the old one. Great customer service, thank you again Josh for the help. You guys have my business for life.
