I have been working with Base UFH for over 10 years, and they have always been a pleasure to work with. They even supplied and fitted my own underfloor heating in my new kitchen, which is still going strong 5 years later. I will always recommend Base to people who want underfloor heating.
Absolutely Brilliant - they go that extra mile
I used Base for my underfloor heating back in November. They are a company who can supply the ufh or, if required, install as well.
I had supply only (which I didn't realise as left builder to handle all this) and decided to have ufh in the new extension and keep radiators in the rest of the house.
When I encountered a major problem getting ufh and rads to work at the same time, builder and plumber didn't want to know. I am a widow and I didn't know where to turn or what was wrong. I envisaged the floor having to be taken up or a new boiler! I was at a complete loss, in desperation, I rang Base. I was almost in tears and/or on the edge of a breakdown by then. I spoke to Adam Bowers. who although not their problem sent an expert round, Ben Hughes, to firstly assess the problem, then arranged a day to rejig the plumbing and fit addition wifi controls, so the rads worked independently to the ufh. I cannot praise Base and thank Adam enough. If you are considering having under floor heating installed go with Base or go far beyond to call of duty to ensure the customer is happy. Thank you Base and sorry I have taken so long to post this review which I did off my own back because you deserve it. Mrs G Young
