I'm staisfyed
I wanted the Jordan Alpha Backpack in orchid color, and by the time I came around to purchase it, it was sold out everywhere except Basketballemotion, so I ordered it from them. The bag arrived quickly and protected with DPD.
I'm satisfied with the product, which is not surprising because I love Nike. It sits comfortably on the back, it is much more comfortable than the backpack I used before this. Now I use it on an everyday basis, for going to work. I hope it'll be good for traveling too, I love to travel.
I warn everyone, the laptop size is for 15", so much bigger laptops don't fit I guess.
The orchid color is outstanding, for women I highly recommend. Looks good with outfits.
Only problem, which might seem ridiculous, but it's there, is a tiny dark blue dot on one of the bottle holders. That's the only fault.

Check your shoes size number
I ordered size 48, but the left shoe is 48 2/3 while the right shoe is 48. Additionally, the original packaging arrived damaged on one side. Two days after they took the package back, I still haven't received any information on whether they will refund my money or be able to exchange the shoes.

Order not shipped after almost 1 month and no response from customer service
I placed an order almost a month ago, with an estimated delivery time of 4-5 days. Not only has it not arrived, but the order status hasn’t been updated at all. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, and I haven’t received a single response.
The lack of communication and after-sales service is unacceptable. If they can’t meet the deadlines, the least they could do is inform their customers instead of leaving them in the dark. I will not be ordering from here again and definitely do not recommend it.

Weird things when buying
I bought shoes for really cheap and when purchasing there were really weird things happening e.g Instead of a field that is named first name and last name it was called sweet potato (idk why) and it said that the shoes are going to arrive on the first of January 2024 but I’m buying on the 28.01.2025 doesn’t make sense right ? Hope I did not get scammed and will revive my shoes without complications soon.
