Bought a ring that was too big tried to return and customer service ignored all of my emails . Horrible

We ordered three rings to choose the right one for a gift for a special occasion. We returned the two we did not want via recorded delivery and have proof of acceptance signature, since when we have had no acknowledgement, no refund and no replies to emails, instagram DMS and the online chat. These people steal your money and are frauds.... do NOT purchase

Horrendous customer service.
I ordered 2 rings and paid. Only 1 was sent . The one which wasn't was part refunded . After receiving the second one I had to send it back because they don't bend enough to make for small fingers. I never received my money. Like the review below I have emailed instagrammed called texted and nothing .
Terrible experience

I made an order at the end of November 2022, and at the time of writing this review at the beginning of May 2023 I am yet to receive anything. I gave them a few weeks after ordering as I thought there may be a delay due to Black Friday. However, after it being almost a month I hadn’t received my order or an update, so I contacted them. After trying to make contact for almost a week (email, website, Instagram) I finally received a reply on Instagram. I was asked for my order number and then didn’t receive a reply again for quite a few days, and this time I was told they agree it’s unacceptable I haven’t gotten my order yet but they provided no update. Then after some more chasing I finally got another reply saying they are in between moving warehouses. After some digging I found out that many other people in the past have also not received their orders, and that they do this quite often. Since then I have not received any replies from them even though I have been messaging them. Stay away from this unprofessional brand who only seems to care about getting their products out to celebrities but having no regards for the everyday people who order from them. I have not received my items nor received my money back.
