complicated program
well I was unable to find the peoples numbers I need. I felt the program could have been more user freindly. I spent the majority of my time asking the ai chat bot how to do things. This was mainly because once you found a person's number it was findable on a totally different tab and section of the program.

Support was nice
Support was nice, but the tactics of sending me to Trust Pilot to review the software rather than the support I received is a bit deceptive/predatory (and smart). I found the data to be old, the user interface to be a bit outdated and faced a bug during my trial. Not a fan. Again, support was nice though.

Spot on advice!
Joshua Rivera was on point from the moment of first contact. Initially, I was unable to resolve the problem; he offered to hop on a Google Meet to help me troubleshoot. However, at the last minute when I dug into his advice a little deeper, turns out his recommendations allowed me to discover and resolve the issue. We still hopped on the Google Meet, where I was able to tell him I had resolved the issued not 2 mins. prior. He was punctual to our Meet and pleased the issue was resolved. Thanks Joshua and Batch!
