Very disappointing experience with Bath & Body Works Italy.

I placed an order on December 1st and only received it on December 16th. The hand soap bottles were poorly packaged, with no protective padding inside the box. As a result, some bottles leaked and liquid spilled all over the package.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of response from customer service. I contacted them to request compensation, but my messages were ignored.

This level of service is unacceptable for such a well-known brand. I would not recommend ordering online from Bath & Body Works Italy.

Never again. It's absurd the difference between this business (online) in Italy and in the US. There's no care at all. You make a purchase, then you don't get all the items (it happened twice), and you end up paying a lot for delivery anyway. Then you get the money back from the items not included.

I placed the order, paid, then got a notice an item was unavailable. So far two shipments have arrived and no word on the final box. I never would have ordered anything if one of the items was out of stock. And no way to understand when the final shipment will ship.

I just wish it had all the sales and fragrances as the US website

I've had multiple orders arrive with items MISSING. Customer service is AWARE beforehand and does not inform you nor take action unless you contact them. Only AFTER complaining to them do they issue a refund (with NO offer to ship missing items). Nothing is offered for the inconvenience. I had to BEG for free shipping to reorder items and the code they "offered" did not even work. Despicable customer management.

Ottime candele, come sempre.

They should always offer free shipping over a certain purchase amount and discount code for other products that aren’t on sale so the customer doesn’t need to place separate orders for each product, as well as a price-match just like B&BW USA allows
Along with the candles I wanted to purchase also some hand sanitizers and other holiday gifts need to wait to place a new order plus pay again shipping.

Always been my favourite place to shop and was thrilled when they finally made it to Italy

Very easy to order

I had far too much difficulty in paying and almost gave up on my order after 8 tries to confirm through my bank, through the code and just getting past the payment page with glitches. Finally had to use Paypal. Will not use again.

There was no way for me to change my billing address to my home country. The system assumes that only people from Italy or Spain will be buying things, even though many nationalities live in Italy. I was unable to make the purchases I wanted. This is a big flaw in the system and has probably lost the company many potential sales.

I have been a loyal customer to this brand for years especially in USA. So happy to know that Milan is carrying this brand. Love their products.
