I bought Tulsa shower enclosure, it seems to be very unstable from bottom. The wall profile keeps on moving while open close doors. I contacted support explaining whole issue but they blamed installation which i did from professional company. I think company itself don’t want to own malfunction in door and couldn’t understand customer’s concerns.
Our dusch-toilet from Bath Delux (bought in Bauhaus, DK) malfunctioned after approx. 2 years. We contacted the suppliers directly by mail, not Bauhaus, and got reply after 2 days. They asked for a video of the malfunction and promptly sent us a spare part. This unfortunately did not solve our problem which we reported back. 3 days later (friday) we were contacted by a technician re. an appointment and the following monday the toilet was repaired (main board replaced). That is outstanding service which we highly appreciate
