If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I placed an order with a deadline on it a good month ahead. Although I received the order in the end, it was so much hassle, so much chasing for emails/responses, so many calls and to honest, not worth the stress. If it hadn't been too late to go elsewhere I would've gone. Customer service was awful and whoever is responding to their emails is rude and not professional. AWFUL!

I ordered 2 personalised terry towelling robes, for both me and my husband they arrived on time, looked great and were lovely and comfortable, really pleased and would 100% recommend.

Warning ......

I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. This is an avoid company.
My order was cancelled as we have an odd UK address that the Royal Mail doesn't always recognise. Rather than receive an enquiry from this company we got a cancellation notification.
When I enquired what had happened I got the below message.......

Avoid at all costs

Avoid. Ordered a personalised bath robe for my wife for Christmas on 12th December which I thought wasn't too last minute. Got a bit worried as it hadn't arrived by the 20th so sent an email - no reply. I then rang and spoke to someone who confirmed my order and address and told me it would definitely be there before Christmas. The item still has not arrived (30th December). Rang again and it has rang out - left message no reply, sent another ema email - no reply. No sign of item or refund or even an explanation. Website said 19th was last date for Xmas delivery I ordered 7 days prior to this and still haven't received my wife's present. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company

Terrible company , I ordered a Personalised Onesie for my daughter who is 10 years old. I ordered age 9-11 . It's soo big it would fit a male Adult . I sent an email with pictures to the company and they responded saying there was nothing they would do as it was personalised . Not only is this disgusting , its also unlawful . I will be taking this further..

Bathrobes uk=Ethic star- terrible customer service!
I have placed an order; deadline was missed. I have send an email (no response), then I called and with surprise I understood that my order was cancelled on the same day of the purchase. However, I was not informed about it. I have not even received an apology. The email with the cancellation and refund was forwarded to me after my conversation with the operative. Huge disappointment as this was going to be Christmas present.
Do not recommend!

1. Missed the deadline of order
2. Ignored 3 emails, so I called and spoke to someone who promised they would get back to me next day and never did
3. When I called again I was told wouldn’t arrive until the following week which would be to late so I asked for a refund
4. After another follow up email still no reply or refund
Absolute con and appalling customer service!

Great product, fast delivery.

This is the second year I have placed an order for Christmas and I have been extremely happy with the quality of their bathrobes. This year I placed a personalised order for 8 bathrobes on the 4 December and today I received them all on the 10th December. I also emailed customer services to ask a question and received a reply requesting my contact telephone number so they could call me to assist me. I would definitely order from again.

I wrote to them ahead of placing a big order to ask a few questions

They replied DAYS later telling me to “refer to website” by way of sending me their link!!

🤔 of the info I needed WAS on your website idynot email you to ask!!!
I responded to their insignificant & rude response to them get a one word reply to THAT..... “OK”!!! Yes....they emailed me saying OK!!

Awful company!! Reading reviews on here I see why so many negatives reviews!!
Not touching them for business.....they lost a good potential £650 from me!!!

Bad customer service, went elsewhere.

Sent an email asking if they'd be able to print a name with accented letters onto a towel. They took two days to send me an email saying "we don't print on towels". Nothing else. Now, not only is that missing the point (I know they don't do print, it was just a poor choice of words on my part), but they failed to recommend anything else or answer my question just in case I was still interested. No "but we do sew/embroider on this or that product", and no "and we'd be happy to add accents"/"unfortunately we can't add accents". So in short - it took them two whole days to miss the point, not recommend anything else, and just straight up not answer the question. I decided to reply and apologise for my poor choice of words, and once again ask if they'd be able to put a name with accented letters onto a towel. Two more days passed, and I received an email that simply said "No worries".
Wow. What kind of a business just ignores simple questions from potential customers? I guess they didn't want my money. So I took it elsewhere and found something FAR nicer from a small business on etsy. Avoid unless you like being messed around.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! Brought 14 personalised t shirts from here for a stag doo. I had to continually chase up when the order would arrive and was told if I could wait longer than the deadline I had put. It had been over 10 days since I placed and purchased the order. I called over 5 times and send emails to ask if it would arrive on time. The website states to wait 6-7 working days for customised orders which I had done and why ask for a deadline date if they are not going to fulfil it. The t shirts arrived late and the visuals had not been sent to me even though I had asked for them on numerous occasions before production had began. The t shirts were okay but not how I wanted them which could have been avoided if the visuals had been sent to me before hand. The service is shocking and I will never use this company again.

Also known as "ETHIC STAR" . A catalogue of poor service

Also known as "ETHICS STAR". A catalogue of errors made worse by lack of any customer service and total ignoring of my emails. I placed an order for 7 personalised bathrobes on 7th Dec 2018. They did indeed arrive amazingly quickly, and had the embroidery been correct I would have been delighted. But it was different to the style advertised and selected on their website. After one response offering an apology and gesture compromise which i accepted, I heard nothing more. As subsequent emails accepting their offer were ignored, I telephoned, to be fobbed off by 'Jamie' with a "you need to submit another email but here's my direct line phone number if no one responds". No one did. Neither did anyone answer the phone number supplied. After a 4 week period during which I feel I was extremely patient, polite and tolerant (given the time of year and allowing plenty leeway for the festive season) I have still got nowhere. If anything miraculously improves, I'll update this review.
