Purchased a black basin tap last year and it's been installed a matter of months. Recently noticed the black paint chipping off and now most of it has completely come away leaving it looking extremely unsightly.

Contacted support who have basically said I've been cleaning it wrong which has voided the warranty.

Extremely poor quality product and even worse customer service.

Bought previously from this company, no issue about ordering again and the items delivered were of an excellent quality as was the service again.

Fast and easy, delivery driver contacted me during my absenceon site and done according to my wishes....

Tried to buy a £22.00 item from their eBay site with free UK delivery but when I put in my UK address (Northern Ireland) the postage was £80. Yodel, Royal Mail etc would delivery this item for under £5.00 so why are you trying to rob me - DISGRACEFUL.

This company are reselling damaged or faulty goods. We have just been sent our 3rd replacement sink and it has clearly had a crack that has been 'repaired. We're now having to accept that, this is probably the best were going to get. The first one we received had a huge chunk broken off the corner. The 2nd one arrived in a battered old used box and the sink was broken in 8 pieces. I have photos. Please do not order from this company, they are cheaper for a reason. Don't be fooled.

iordered a basin and i had no fixing brackets also the tap and waste they supplied a slotted waste which i could not use rubbish company

DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR RESPONSE BELOW ITS A LIE, NO ONE REPLIES! Crap cheap products that break easily then they tell you no warranty as fair wear n tear! Phone number only connects to answerphone and calls not returned, emails ignored, only chat will promise resolving but it's yet more lies and deceit

Paid £40 fpr next day delivery. Company phone number doesn't connect, ignore emails, no chat, and product eventually arrived late. No way to get in touch to find out to when to expect it, no way to get response to process complaint. Avoid.

Yet again I unfortunately used this company through eBay ( didn't realise it was this company )to buy a shower part
And they did the same this time.

Advertising they have stock when they don't.
So they sent out a cheep narsty item that is nothing like the advert and try to convince you to keep it .
To advertise items you do not have is fraud under the sales of goods act.

I've reported them to trading standards and eBay.

Avoid avoid avoid.

I bought a sink and toilet comp unit a while ago and I damaged the sink so I contacted the company to get a price to buy a sink and they say because I have no paperwork they can’t sell me one . I even asked for manufactures number they declined to give it so my advice is give this company a miss as they don’t give a toss about their customers and I told them what sink it was and sent the pic 100% poor

Scam company have a bathroom basin tap which is faulty, and has a 10 year guarantee and only 2 years old, and they want me to give them £10.00 to get it repaired. Not a lot of money but why cant they live up to a 10 year guarantee. there address is Lake View House, Rennie Drive, Dartford, Kent, DA1 5FU but according to companies house it was dissolved on
27 March 2018 but they keep on scamming.

Purchased an item May 20, 2022 with a 10 year Warranty. After it developed faults and needed replacing, I contacted them and was told those parts aren't covered, they only have a 1 year Warranty. As there was several issues with the item, I asked which parts were actually covered by the 10 Year Warranty.
I was referred to their Terms & Conditions.

The goods were ordered on Sunday and I figured arrival in about 4 days. The taps were delivered the next day! Amazing. They are beautiful and installed. Thank you for super quick delivery and a beautiful product. I will use you again for other bathroom accessories. Recommended.

I have today placed an order for 44 Taps at a cost of over £3000.00, I paid this via a credit card so i was covered/insured............ thank goodness i did because i had an email about 4hrs after making this payment to say they had cancelled the order and they would return my money once it had cleared!!!

They are con artists who never answer a phone and take days to reply to emails but are willing to take thousands of pounds for a return of no goods.!

All i will say to prospective buyers is beware........ i have contacted trading standards whom will take this case up for me and hopefully get my money back!!

I needed to query an order and found excellent customer service, very helpful.
The basin was perfect too.

Amazing customer service. There was a minor fault with our product and the company offered me either a refund or a replacement. Within 48 hours, our new part had arrived. Super impressed! Would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

The item was delivered very quickly and it is of very good quality
