I’ve ordered three oak sink units from this company and they are fantastic value & quality. When I had one issue with a cabinet the response was immediate, offering to replace in 3 days. Highly recommend.

Disappointing approach to sales.

No acknowledgement of order.

Money was taken and refused to honour the sale, no obvious pricing error, just that margins were tight and wouldn't suit them, which after taking the money for the item constitutes a contract.

Refused to work with me to find a solution or negotiate.

Disappointing company and frustrating attempting to deal with their customer service

Ordered a small corner vanity unit with bowl sink over the phone and the item arrived quickly. Needed a different part to be sent and after phoning this again arrived the next day - excellent service and really pleased with the product. Would definitely buy from them again.

Full bathroom ordered - very pleased. I ended up placing an order over the phone, I found speaking with Chris much easier than self research. He helped me pick the full vanity, laundry bin and mirror cabinet which all matches and ties in nicely. I also ordered a toilet, bath and shower from another range which also ties in nicely. Great service and knowledge. Cheers.

I am fussy, a little wary ordering online. Emailed Chris with some questions around the marble on the two units I was interested in. Chris answered straight away and I felt confident to order. Just to be sure, I called and spoke to Carl, and again he couldn’t have been more helpful. Two beautiful units now fitted and my bathrooms look stunning with many compliments from family and friends. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

Ordered a solid oak vanity unit with a marble bowl and monobloc mixer tap. Delivery was pretty quick. Oak unit was very good, solid quality, the bowl was very nice too. I didn’t use the tap as the quality was not super quality (I am picky about taps and I didn’t expect great a quality tap though and the tap was perfectly usable) . What was wrong was the waste, I was supplied with a slotted waste for a basin with no overflow. It cost me £12 and some hassle and delay to replace this for the correct unslotted waste. I went back to bathroom and more and they refunded me £30 to cover the cost and hassle…so all good in the end.

I have never met Chris Hughes but we have had many emails between the two of us. He has kept me up to date with the progress of my delivery. Unfortunately one of the items l purchased was delayed in the docks/ports, he let me know what was happening all the way. I asked him to measure the legs on the vanity unit he did that straight away. I have never received such good service.

Got a lovely solid wood corner bathroom unit with sink and mirror to match.delivery was so quick delivered next day.Was disappointed though as sink plug was not long enough to fit so phoned company who quickly said another longer one on order so just waiting on delivery.Would def order from this company in future.

Fantastic company and level of service was outstanding. Ordered an Oak Basin unit and was struggling on the website, Chris quickly came to my rescue and processed the order over the phone for me and sorted next day delivery out too - nothing was too much bother. Chris then kept in contact and followed the order to ensure it was delivered on time. I really can't praise the service enough its so refreshing to come across a company that has such a high level of service and genuinely cares about their customer.

What a great experience with this company look no further than here, we ordered a unit from here with a basin and tap kit it arrived next day by DPD, on inspection there was a dent in the tall tap and a crack in the front cupboard door I called Carl and explained and nothing was too much trouble a new tap and unit were sent out which arrived the next day and DPD took the original unit away.all perfect condition very nice staff friendly and helpful, will be buying again and would 100%recomend them thanks so much bathrooms and more store .Also thanks to Chris for his help when I called them .

We called a head to arrange a visit, to see and choose a marble unit top as well as choose a marble bowl. The very friendly chap agreed and was very obliging - we arrived to find 6 marble tops out to choose (we could have seen more if we'd wanted) we spotted a perfect one. Then we moved on to bowls - again many were unpacked for us to view, no rush just wanting us to find the unique one that suited. Advice was given on how to treat the porous marble.
We would highly recommend. In fact all the marble tops& bowls were lovely but if your a bit fussy like us (!) it was fantastic to be able to choose.

I can't fault the service. I ordered an oak vanity unit with marble top/sink. It arrived on time and the service was great overall. The driver mixed up the houses, but the store was quick to followup and let us know.
The quality of the oak unit, was average however. It's solid, but the finish is a bit rough with small nails sticking out.

Good quality product, speedy delivery and reasonable price for solid wood.

What a great Company! Bathrooms & More Store stock an excellent product range backed up by an efficient delivery service and an extremely helpful technical team. Couldn't ask for more and definitely would use again.

Great company to deal with. Placed my order on Monday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning, I received a one hour timeslot from DPD. The quality of the product is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
