Excellent- would buy from them again
I bought two replacement toilet seats. They were well packaged and arrived very quickly by Royal Mail. I fitted the first seat but there was a manufacturing defect with one of the fixings such that it was the wrong shape and didn’t match the other side resulting in the seat not laying flat. I contacted bathroom spare parts with a photo and a description of the problem and they sent a replacement set of fixings straight away which solved the problem. I’d have no hesitation in buying from this company again. Excellent service.

Older Spares
I have always found that older showers parts are hard to source. Original manufacturer items quickly seem to be dropped from their part ranges. Delighted to find Bathroom Spare Parts stocking an after market version of a shower waste outlet cover. Quick ordering process and delivery for a part that looks identical and fits like the original.

Part was spot on for what I required to…
Part was spot on for what I required to repair a leaking shower valve at a good price. Downside was that order was placed on a Wednesday morning but didn't arrive until following Tuesday. Paid for Royal Mail 48 hour tracking, which took 5 working days!

Wow - Unbelievable Service
Wow, super impressed with the guy I chatted with online, Sam. I needed new door seals for my curved Matki shower door I bought back in 2002. Couldn't find anything online to suite so I asked Sam for help, not expecting much of a result as the shower was so old. Within seconds of me sending pictures of the shower enclosure he had recognised the actual unit from 2002 and sent me a complete parts list. Then sent me a link to purchase the full seal set. Sam had unbelievable knowledge, training and customer service skills. Very, Very impressed and a 5-star review for sure. I won’t be buying any other shower than Matki moving forward. Who would have thought you would still be able to buy parts for it 24yrs later. Wow.
