Good customer service and in stock parts
Quick and informative response to questions regarding suitability of spares. Spares available and sent out quickly. Clear instructions included in packaging (a DIY - ER can manage). Successful servicing of inlet valves on a 20 year old Damixa Tap. A bit pricy but cheeper than buying a new tap and paying a plumber to fit it although I am competent to do it, but not everyone is.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! We're delighted that our team could help you identify the correct spare parts for your Damixa tap and that they arrived promptly. It's particularly pleasing to hear that the instructions made the repair straightforward and that you've successfully given your 20-year-old tap a new lease of life! We appreciate that replacement parts can sometimes seem expensive, but as you've highlighted, repairing a quality tap is often far more economical than replacing it altogether. I was after a side valve for a cistern
I was after a side valve for a cistern, contacted them through chat, asked me to send a photo of faulty valve. They then sent me details of a replacement part which I then ordered. Delivery was prompt, it took a matter of a couple of days and valve was replaced and now back to working order . Couldn’t get a better service than that..Thanks
